Depositor with existing credit card

Must have a minimum total relationship balance (TRB) of PHP 50,000 or must have an account for 12 months with a minimum TRB of PHP 25,000.
For foreigners: Proof of Income or Employment AND a Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)/ Immigration’s Certificate of Residence (ICR) or VISA.

With existing credit card from other banks
Credit card must be 9 months or older and must at least have a credit limit of PHP 25,000 and up.
For foreigners : Proof of Income or Employment AND a Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)/ Immigration’s Certificate of Residence (ICR) or VISA.

Non-depositor with no cards with other banks

• Employed

Copy of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped as received by the BIR or its authorized agent bank (BSP Circular No. 472 as amended) and/or the employee’s copy of BIR Form 2316 duly signed by the employer.
Copy of last 3 months’ payslip from date of application.
Original Copy of Certificate of Employment (COE) (Only for Top 1,000 Corporations – must contain name, position, date of employment and Gross Annual Income)

• Self-employed

Copy of the latest Audited Financial Statement (AFS) with bank or BIR Stamp
Copy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped as received by the BIR or its authorized agent.

• 18 to 70 years old
• Landline number
• Valid PhilID, TIN, SSS, or GSIS number
• Minimum income of PHP 350,000
