Step 1: Download & complete form
Download the copy of the supplementary form & complete all necessary details.

Step 2: Submit for approval
Send the copy of your completed form with one (1) valid government-issued ID of the supplementary applicant to credit_supplementary@metrobankcard.com.

How to apply for a supplementary credit card?

Submit the accomplished supplementary form and enclose one copy of a valid government-issued ID of the supplementary applicant to credit_supplementary@metrobankcard.com.

How many supplementary credit cards can I apply for?

You can apply for up to four (4) supplementary credit cards under your primary credit card account.

Who are eligible for supplementary credit cards?

The supplementary cardholder must be between 14 to 80 years old.

How much is the annual fee for supplementary credit cards?

Enjoy up to two (2) FREE supplementary cards, depending on your primary card type. Additional card fees may apply. See table below.

How much is the credit limit for my supplementary credit card?

Your supplementary card shares your primary Metrobank Credit Card’s credit limit. You may set a spending limit for each supplementary cardholder based on your available credit limit.
