1. What is the promo offer?

   • Qualified cardholders can get 50% OFF on buffet at Spectrum at Fairmont Makati using their Metrobank credit and debit cards.

2. What are the qualified cards for the promo?

   The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard, and Metrobank Debit in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing, and Metrobank Prepaid cards.

3. When is the promo period?

• The promo period is from April 10, 2026 to November 30, 2026 only.

• Blackout dates apply on Mother’s Day weekend (May 9, 2026 and May 10, 2026) both lunch and dinner buffet), and Father's Day weekend (June 20, 2026 and June 21, 2026) both lunch and dinner buffet) only.

2. How to avail the promo?

   • Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions only.

   • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card through Fairmont Makati’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

3. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

   • Dining offers are valid up to the specified maximum number of guests per restaurant, per cardholder, per day only.

   • Rates are VAT-inclusive. Service Charge applies based on original amount and not included in the discount. Service charge shall be charged directly to the cardholder.

   • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit or debit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Cards.

   • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

   • Banquet, conference packages, parties, private functions and events are excluded from the promo.

   • The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

   • The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank, Spectrum at Fairmont Makati.

   • In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

   • The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Spectrum at Fairmont Makati shall have no liability.

   • Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

   • Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

   • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

   • Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder, and Spectrum at Fairmont Makati, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

   • In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

   • By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
