Terms & Conditions
The 2024 Goals Made Real Promo (“Promo”) is open to all qualified clients who will submit complete Home Loan application documents from March 15 to May 15, 2024 and is extended until June 15, 2024 (“Promo Acceptance Period”).
To qualify for the promo, clients’ home loan applications should be approved and subsequently booked by September 15, 2024 (“Promo Booking Period”).
Qualified clients shall enjoy the following offers:
a. Waived Fees of up to PHP 50,000
b. Low interest rate
c. Pre-qualification to a Metrobank credit card
Eligibility criteria are as follows:
Waived Fees
Accounts booked under the promo with a rate fixing of 5 years will be entitled to waived fees up to PHP 50,000.00 (limited only to Mortgage Registration Fees, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Notarial Fee).
The maximum amount of fee waiver will depend on the loan term and the actual cost of aforementioned inclusions but shall not exceed:

All other loan related fees, such as but not limited to appraisal fee, title investigation fee, handling fee, and insurance premiums, are not eligible for the waived fees offer and shall be shouldered by the client.
Low Interest Rate
Qualified clients shall enjoy:

Pre-Qualified1 Credit Card Offer:
The credit card offer may only be availed by individual loan borrowers.
The credit card offer may be presented to either principal loan borrower or co-borrower as principal credit card holder but not be availed simultaneously by both borrowers. The other loan borrower may apply as supplementary card credit card holder.
1Pre-qualification means that client has met the basic eligibility requirements of Metrobank.
Promo Lock-in conditions:
The loan availed under this promo is subject to a lock-in period of 5 years.
During the lock-in period, the client:
a. Shall not request for amendment of the originally approved interest rate, rate fixing, and loan term.
b. Shall pay the loan amortizations on time and maintain the account in current status throughout the entire loan term.
c. Shall not sell, mortgage or dispose the property mortgaged under the promo while the loan is outstanding.
In case of violation of any of the above conditions, regardless of the timing in relation to the term of the loan, Metrobank will charge the total Mortgage Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Notarial Fee shouldered by the Bank.

All applications qualified for the promo will undergo the standard evaluation process of Metrobank, subject to completion of required application documents.
For Construction Loans:
a. The first tranche must be released on or before the end of the promo booking period to avail of the fee waiver and low interest rate offer.
b. The maximum amount of fee waiver will depend on the term of the loan and actual cost of promo inclusions, but shall not exceed PHP 50,000.00.
The client shall authorize the Bank to hold the release of original collateral documents, Deed of Cancellation/Release of Real Estate Mortgage, and other documents relative to the mortgaged property until maturity/full settlement of the loan and/or until any unpaid obligation is settled.
Waived fees and low rate cannot be availed separately.
In case of loan pre-termination in the first 5 years, the following shall be charged to the client:
a. Processing fee for full payment of loan prior to maturity; plus
b. Mortgage Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Notarial Fee shouldered by the Bank.
Availment of the pre-qualified credit card is optional.
All pre-qualified Metrobank credit card applications shall undergo standard credit evaluation and shall be subject to Metrobank’s final approval. Pre-qualification means that client has met the basic eligibility requirements.
The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash or be availed in conjunction with other Metrobank Home Loan promotions and/offers. The Bank must be advised in writing, if client opts to avail of other on-going promotional activities or other special considerations.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions of this offer will be subject to DTI approval.
In case of dispute, Metrobank’s decision shall be deemed final in concurrence with DTI. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government directives, and/or regulations. The promo shall be void if later on found to be prohibited or restricted by law or government regulations.
By joining this promo, the borrower confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
