Never share your OTP and card details with anyone and cover your CVV with a sticker. Remember, scam happens when you let your guard down.

On your next visit to our branch, make sure your mobile number and email address are updated. If you suspect fraud, call the Metrobank Contact Center at (02) 88-700-700, 1-800-1888-5775, or email us at customercare@metrobank.com.ph using "Report on Possible Fraud" as subject.
