Individual Borrower:
Must be a Filipino citizen
At least 21 years old
With a gross monthly income of at least PHP 40,000
If employed: Must have permanent status with current employer for the last two (2) years;
If self employed: Must have a profitable business operation for at least three (3) years
Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW):
Must be in active employment or renewed when applying for a Home Loan
If land-based: Must be employed by their current employer for the last 2 years
If sea-based: Must have completed a combined contract duration of 24 months with current agency
