• Minimum Fixing Period: 1 year
• Maximum Fixing Period: up to 25 years

What is the maximum loanable amount? 
The maximum amount you can loan is 80% of the property’s value. 

How long is the interest fixing period? 
The fixing period for home loans is 1 to 5 years. 

What happens after the fixing period? 
At the end of your fixing period, your Home Loan will be re-priced. This means that the interest rate of your loan will change.
