**Here are the eligibility requirements for a Metrobank Home Loan:**  
1. **Citizenship:** Filipino Citizen 
2. **Minimum age:** 21 years old 
3. **Minimum income:** Gross monthly family income of PHP 40,000 
4. **Employment:** Minimum of 2 years with current employer 
5. **Self-employment:** Profitable business operation for the past 3 years 
6. **Credit history:** Good credit history with no negative findings 
7. **Collateral:** Property used as collateral must be residential 

1. Filled-out and signed Metrobank Home Loan Application Form   
2. One valid government-issued ID (preferably passport)   
3. Marriage contract, if applicable  
4. Source of repayment: 
	
	a.	**For Employed/Salaried individuals**  
	*	Certificate of Employment (COE) with compensation, position or job title, and date employed or tenure OR;  
	*	Latest three (3) months electronic pay slips / payroll bank statements OR;  
	*	Latest ITR or BIR Form 2316  
	
	b.	**For Individual Applicants in Business**  
	*	If Single Proprietorship: BIR Form 2303 (Certificate of Registration) AND DTI Certificate of Registration or Business Permit  
	*	If Partnership: Articles of Partnership with names of Partners  
	*	If Corporation: SEC Registration AND Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, AND Updated GIS with names of Shareholders and Senior Management  
	*	Latest six (6) months bank statements  
	*	If loan exposure > 3MM: Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) AND 2 years Audited Financial Statements  

	c.	**For OFWs:**  
	*	Certificate of Employment (COE) with compensation, position or job title, tenure, employer’s email (original if land-based OFW) or Latest POEA contract with Certificate of Sea Service with work history and tenure (if sea-based OFW)  
	*	Proof of monthly remittance for the last six (6) months in the name of the OFW or his immediate family members OR three (3) months pay slips / payroll bank statements  

	5.	Collateral requirements:  
	
	a.	Owner’s duplicate copy of Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT)  
	b.	Tax Declaration of Land and/or Improvement  
	c.	House Plans/Bill of Materials/Building Specifications (for construction loans) or  
	d.	Contract-to-Sell (CTS) or Reservation Agreement (RA) (if under Developer’s Tie-up)

**What happens after the fixing period?**  
	Your loan will be re-priced at the end of the initial fixing period. This means the interest rate on your loan will adjust based on prevailing market rates at that time.

**How will I pay for my monthly amortization?**     
	You can pay for your monthly amortization via an Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) from your Metrobank deposit account. 

**What are the minimum income requirements?**     
	There is a minimum gross monthly family income requirement of PHP 40,000.   
	
**Can I use my home loan for renovations?**     
	Yes. Metrobank offers home loan options specifically for home improvement and renovation projects.   

**How long does it take to get my application for a home loan approved?**
