Updates to Metrobank Online Channels Terms of Use

The Metrobank Online and Metrobank App Terms and Conditions (MBOTC) replace the Terms of Use in our online banking platforms effective Q4 of 2022.

As a financial institution, Metrobank agrees to provide online financial services that are secure and stable.

As a customer, you agree to use Metrobank’s online platforms in ways that are safe, responsible, and legal.

1. The risks involved in online transactions and the ways customers can protect themselves. (Section 3)
2. A section dedicated to InstaPay & PESONet, providing key definitions and conditions of use. (Section 2.4)
3. An updated Customer Care and Liability section. (Section 2.5)
