On the dashboard, click “Cardless Withdrawal”
Select “Create New Request”
Select a source, enter the amount to be withdrawn, nominate your 4-digit PIN, then click “Next”
Review to see all the details are correct then click “Submit”
Input the OTP that will be sent via SMS then click “Submit”
A unique 6-digit code will be shown on your app. Proceed to any Metrobank or PSBank ATM and enter your 4-digit PIN (PIN 1) followed by your one-time use 6-digit code (PIN2)
Enter the amount to be withdrawn then press “Confirm”
And you’re done!
