Crediting

Proceeds from approved Cash2Go applications will be released within 7 business days from the date of application.

Shortage

If the amount credited is less than the amount approved in the Cash2Go application, Metrobank shall process the shortfall with the same rate and tenor.

Overage

In case of duplicate credit, Metrobank shall recover the excess amount by coordinating with the recipient bank, with debit authority from the cardholder. If unsuccessful, the cardholder shall return the proceeds by deposit or fund transfer to Metrobank.

Complaints or Disputes

Any dispute between the cardholder and the nominated accountholder or bank shall be resolved by them, and shall hold Metrobank free from any liability.

Application requirements

To qualify, you must be an active Metrobank credit cardholder in good credit standing. The minimum transaction amount is PHP 6,000.

Apply through the Metrobank hotline at (02) 88-700-919 or via the Metrobank app. All applications are subject to credit evaluation and approval.

Rates and fees

Cash2Go offers affordable rates of up to 1% add-on rate per month for 3-60 monthly installments. A non-refundable processing fee of PHP 350 applies on approved Cash2Go applications.
