No Show, Modification & Cancellation policy:

The Cancellation Policy will be enforced according to the seasonal dates and special conditions outlined below:

• Special Booking Conditions: Regardless of the seasonal cancellation terms (Regular, Peak, and Super Peak), all vouchers promotional offers, book and buy reservations, and last-minute bookings are considered final, non-refundable, non-rebookable, and are excluded from the standard cancellation policy.

• Regular Season (June 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026): If cancelled or modified 0-30 days prior to arrival the full amount of the total number of room/s booked will be charged to the guests. If cancelled or modified 31 days and above before the arrival free of charge.

• Peak Season ( November 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026/ November 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027), Philippine Holidays, Long Weekends excluding Super Peak Dates: If cancelled or modified 0-45 days prior to arrival the full amount of the total number of room/s booked will be charged to the guests. If cancelled or modified 46 days and above before the arrival free of charge.

• Super Peak Season (Holy Week, LoveBoracay, Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year ): If cancelled or modified 0-60 days prior to arrival the full amount of the total number of room/s booked will be charged to the guests. If cancelled or modified 61 days and above before the arrival free of charge.

Other Terms & Conditions for the Hotel:

• The promo is open to all Metrobank Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders. Strictly No Metrobank Card No discount to be applied. The discount will be applied to the total billed amount, inclusive of service charge and applicable taxes.

• Metrobank Cardholders are entitled to 10% (Ten Percent) OFF on food and non-alcoholic beverages from the partner merchant.

General terms and conditions:

Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.

• Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

• The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

• Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Mandarin Island Boracay with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

• In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
