7. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other existing promos, unless otherwise stated.
9. In the event that the freebie is no longer available, Our Home will give the cardholder an item of equal value.
10. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of split transactions arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes apart.
11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the freebie, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the freebie shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
12. All installment purchases and the use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
13. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
14. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
15. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
16. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Our Home, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
17. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.
18. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
