Promo Mechanics 

1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa in good standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, and Prepaid cards. 
2. Promo is valid from March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
3. Enjoy 0% installment up to 6 months plus Shop Now, Pay Later up to 90 days after at all Levi’s store located in SM Store.
4. Installment term applicable may vary per item. Minimum single-receipt spend applies per term:
   a. 3 months – PHP 5,000 
   b. 6 months – PHP 5,000

6. Promo is applicable for 3 and 6 months purchases. Other installment tenors and straight purchases are excluded from the promo. 
7. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.  
8. The promo is valid in conjunction with other existing promos, unless otherwise stated. 
9. Full installment amount under the 0% installment shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit. 
10. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program. All installment purchase/s are only valid if monthly dues are paid in full. 
11. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. 
12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo. 
13. Any dispute concerning the products or services  of LEVI’S related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and LEVI’S, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute. 
14. Any dispute concerning the products or services  of Metrobank related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI. LEVI’S shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute. 
15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final. 
16. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
