0% Installment Terms and Conditions:

• Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

• All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. Eligibility: Customer can earn an entry by purchasing any variant of Samsung Galaxy B7R, B7, and Q7 from Touch and Type stores within July 14 to August 31, 2025. Customer must answer the online Google Form provided by the sales staff upon purchase to register their entry for the raffle. They will receive a notification via email instantly and this will be used to verify their entry to the raffle.

b. Raffle Draw: The raffle draw will be held on 5 September 2025 at 2:00 PM, at Touch and Type Ayala Malls Trinoma supervised by a DTI representative. Electronic raffle using Random.org List Randomizer.

c. Prizes:

• 1 Grand Prize – 4D3N Stay for Two at Anantara Vacation Club* (valued at PHP 313,200) – Non-convertible to cash, non-transferable. 1 winner only. The raffle prize only covers the accommodation; expenses outside of which such as experience tours, flights to and from, are not covered and shall be shouldered by the winner.

• Consolation: All valid non-winning participants will receive a PHP 20,000 Anantara Vacation Club voucher via email.

d. Stay valid until 28 February 2026.

e. Tax: Taxes (including the 20% withholding tax for prizes over PHP 10,000) and any associated expenses will be shouldered by the winner.

f. Prizes are non-convertible to cash but transferable.

g. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified by registered mail, SMS. Registered mail is required for prizes exceeding PHP 500.

h. Announcement of Winners: Winners will be publicly announced via social media and website postings.

i. Multiple Wins: Not applicable.

j. Prize Claim: Claiming will be available at any Touch and Type branch nationwide for any assistance needed. Winners must present valid ID and proof of purchase to claim their prize.

l. Claim via Authorized Representative: If a winner cannot claim in person, their authorized representative must present:

• Proof of purchase of the winner

• Authorization letter

m. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of the registered notice. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Touch and Type, with DTI approval.

n. Disqualification: Employees of Anantara Vacation Club, Club Members, Touch and Type Electronics, Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation, affiliates, advertising agencies, merchants, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from participating in the promo.

Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts and freebies is prohibited.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the freebie and discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the freebie and discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Touch and Type, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
