GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION

  1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Mastercard® credit cards issued in the Philippines.

  2. The promo is also open to Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and PPS Club members and are eligible for the promotional offers and additional perks if payment is made using Mastercard® brandedcredit cards.

  10. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

  11. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by the respective bank issuers. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of Mastercard and Singapore Airlines shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

  12. Offer is valid for round-trip travel from the Philippines (Manila, Cebu, Clark, Iloilo, Davao) to or via Singapore on Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights.

  13. Currency conversion will be subject to bank or card association.

  14. Advertised all-in fares include the price of the air ticket as well associated taxes, except Philippine travel tax correct as of 10 May 2026, and other applicable fees. Terminal fee may vary for flights originating from Cebu.

  15. No child discount. Infant without seat is 10% of adult fare.

  16. Ticket validity, minimum stay and maximum stay after departure from origin as stated in the fare table above.

  17. For Premium Economy Class fares, the travel between the Philippines (Manila/Cebu) and Singapore will be on Economy Class while the travel between Singapore the advertised destination will be on Premium Economy Class.

  18. For codeshare flights operated by Scoot, Singapore Airlines’ fare conditions will apply for flight cancellations or rebookings.

  19. Fares are non-refundable and are priced round-trip per passenger, unless otherwise stated.

  20. Fares are subject to seat availability, flight restrictions, and currency fluctuation.

  21. Promotional fares may be combined with regular fares. Strictest rules apply.

  25. Tickets issued under this promotion enable passengers to earn KrisFlyer miles. Passengers have to quote their KrisFlyer membership number upon booking.

  26. Passengers shall ensure they have the proper documentation to depart/ enter/ or transit through their destination. Singapore Airlines, Scoot, and relevant promotion partners shall not be held responsible for any refunds or any associated costs if the passenger shall be denied entry to a country or is not allowed to transit through a destination.

  27. Offers are not convertible to cash and are not for resale. Any activity involving reselling of the offers will be deemed fraudulent and will be charged to the customer.

GENERAL MECHANICS

  1. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

  2. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

  3. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

  4. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

  5. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

  6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  7. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  8. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  9. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
