How to avail:

b. Inform via email or call that Metrobank promo will be availed and state booking details including guest stay dates, number of persons, etc.

c. Confirmation of reservation will be sent via email

d. Payment can be done in any The Hotel Elizabeth and Fersal Hotel Branches at least three (3) days prior to arrival date.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Prior reservation is required.

b. Cardholders can book a maximum of 2 rooms.

c. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos.

d. Cardholder, who must be present, must complete the transaction using a valid Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card to pay for his/her bill.

e. Extra Person Rate: PHP 1,000 per person/bed with breakfast

f. Child Policy: 12 years old free in accommodation, but for bed sharing and no free breakfast.

g. Rebooking Policy: rebooking is based on availability and may only be considered due to force majeure

h. Cancellation Policy: 3 days Before Arrival Date – No cancellation charge
