How to avail:
a. For bookings, call or email Bohol Shores directly for prior reservations.
b. Metrobank cardholder must inform the reservations team that they are availing of the promo with Metrobank Cards.
c. State the booking details including the stay dates, number of guests, and other important details.
d. Confirmation and payment process will be given by the reservations team of Bohol Shores.
e. Metrobank cardholder must present his/her Metrobank card used in booking upon arrival at the resort.
f. In cases where the cardholder is not present during the stay, the guest must present a letter of authorization, a copy of the credit card used in booking (front side only), and a copy of the cardholder’s valid ID.

General Terms and Conditions:
a. Prior reservation is required to avail of the offer.
b. The Promo Offer is applicable on room accommodations / room rate only.
c. The Promo Offer is applicable for single/double occupancy and are inclusive of breakfast. Some of the room can accommodate up to 4 persons, extra person charge will apply.
d. A minimum of 2 nights stay is required on peak season dates (Christmas and New Year Season, Chinese New Year, etc.)
e. Full payment is required upon booking.
f. A maximum of 2 Kids, 10 years old and below are allowed per room (Selected rooms only), share bed with adult (0-5 years old are free of charge, no breakfast / 6-10 years old, with Kid charge of PHP 500.00/pax/night, inclusive of Breakfast). Kids 11 years old and above are considered adult.
g. Cancellation charges are based on the number of days prior to arrival date.

20% charge if the booking is cancelled or modified after the booking is made.

50% Cancellation charge within 16-30 days after the booking is made

100% Cancellation charge within 0-15 days after the booking is made
h. Rebooking may be requested but will be subject to management’s approval.
i. No show on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of stay, no refund will be made.
j. Extra person rate, child policy, hotel bookings and other hotel terms and conditions apply.
k. Metrobank cardholder must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Bohol Shores’ online gateway or Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
l. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.

j. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
k. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
l. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
m. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
n. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens / persons with disability can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, if applicable, whichever is higher.
