Online transactions are eligible for 0% installment for 12,18, 24, and 36 months.  

• Straight Offer: PHP 500 OFF for straight transactions with a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000 to qualify. Valid for both online and in-store transactions in all Rustan’s branches nationwide. 

Promo is valid only for 0% installment for 12 months and up transactions and straight transactions subject to the minimum spend requirements. Other installment tenors are excluded from the promo. 

The promo period is from May 1, 2025 to May 11, 2025 (Mother’s Day) and June 6, 2025 to June 15, 2025 (Father’s Day)

To redeem the discount online: 

i.All orders must be placed through Rustan’s website: www.rustans.com

ii.The cardholders must purchase a total minimum order of PHP 10,000 for straight transactions and PHP 20,000 for installment transactions using a qualified Metrobank Card. 

iii.Use the PROMO CODE “MBStraight + first 6 digits of your credit card” and “MBInstallment + first 6 digits of your credit card” upon checkout, valid for one- time use per user/customer per day only. 

Full installment amount under the 0% installment shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit. 

Other Terms and Conditions:  

a. 0% for 12 months and up Installment  

• 0% installment is applicable using Metrobank credit cards only.   

• 0% installment is available for 12, 28, 24 and 36 months installment terms only.  

• Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.   

• All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.   

• All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.   

b. General Terms and Conditions:  

• Promo is applicable for in-store transactions only.  

• Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum purchase requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card through Rustan’s Metrobank Point-Of-Sale Terminal.  

• Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.   

• Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions 

The promo and discount is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.  

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, persons with disability (PWD)/Senior Citizens can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability / Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.   

All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program. All installment purchase/s are only valid if monthly dues are paid in full. 

The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, Rustan’s shall have no liability. 

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account. 

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.  

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo. 

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Rustan’s, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute. 

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final. 

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
