c. Input the promo code, METROBANK and click BOOK NOW;

d. Complete Contact Reservation field then click COMPLETE RESERVATION.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Minimum of two (2) night’s stay is required to avail of the promo.

b. The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.

c. The promo is inclusive of the following:

• Roundtrip airport transfer from/to Lio airport for two (2);

• Daily breakfast for two (2) adults and two (2) children, seven (7) years old and below at Molave restaurant;

• Two (2) complimentary Marine activities for the whole family:

• Snorkeling and Crystal Kayak (9am to 11am)

• Sunset Cruise (5pm to 7pm)

• Service Charge, Value Added Tax and applicable government taxes.

d. Maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) kids per room only. Children below 11 years old shall be Free of Charge as long as sharing a bed with adults (accommodations only). Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

e. Extra person rate is PHP 1,650 per head, per night, inclusive of breakfast.

f. Rates are applicable for individual reservations only and may not be applied to group bookings. Cardholder can book up to eight (8) rooms per day.

g. The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.

h. Change of stay dates can be done at least until 2:00 PM of check-in date, provided the new stay date is within one (1) year of the original check-in date only, otherwise, the foregoing offer will no longer apply.

i. Balai Adlao reserves the right to charge equivalent to the full charges of the booking for cancellations made seven (7) days before the check-in date, 50% charge will apply to cancellations made fourteen (14) days before the check-in date. A 100% full penalty charges will apply to no-shows and shortened stays.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

b. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

c. The use of the Metrobank credit cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

d. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

e. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

f. The Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

g. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

h. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI.

i. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
