The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Debit and Prepaid, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing.

Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Metrobank credit cards which are not on hold for being reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
Use your Metrobank Credit Card at Klook (https://www.klook.com/en-PH/) or via the Klook app from November 1 to December 31, 2026, to enjoy the following discounts. The promotion excludes blacklisted hotels and activities, except on November 11, 2026:

Customers may avail of up to two (2) promo code discounts, consisting of one (1) promo code for tours and activities and one (1) promo code for hotel accommodations.
The promo is not valid for blacklisted hotels/activities, except on November 11, 2026 and Pay Later bookings on Klook.
The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Klook.
The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, Klook shall have no liability.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Klook, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
