How to avail:

a. To avail, Cardholder must contact directly Inara Siargao Resort by email inara.siargao@gmail.com or phone +63927 365 1402 with the following information: travel dates, room type, number of rooms, names and age of guests, and first 6 digits of Metrobank card to be used with subject line: Inara Siargao x Metrobank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Inara Siargao x Metrobank/Juan de la Cruz)

b. Inara Siargao Resort will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 24 hours upon receipt.

c. Inara Siargao Resort will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank card must be used to settle the payment. Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking. A confirmation voucher will be emailed to the Cardholder after payment is finalized.

d. Upon check-in, Cardholder to present the Metrobank card used for payment together with one (1) government-issued ID.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Room Inclusions:

• Overnight accommodation with complimentary set breakfast for 2 pax
• WIFI, swimming pool access, concierge and butler service

c. Online bookings are not included.

d. Rates are based on 2 pax occupancy. Extra person rate applies in excess thereof.

e. Payment Terms: Full payment (non-refundable) is required within 24 hours upon receipt of booking confirmation

f. Extra Person Policy: PHP 3,500/person with set breakfast

g. Child Policy: 7 yrs. old & below – FREE bed sharing; 1 free child per room booking and no breakfast

h. Rebooking Refund/Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-rebookable and non-refundable. In the event that guests fail to arrive at the hotel, it will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.

i. Force Majeure: In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, Inara Siargao Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellations of flights and/or boat transfers resulting from or related to weather disturbances or as mandated by Government authorities are beyond the control of Inara Siargao Resort. Inara Siargao Resort will not be responsible for unused rooms or missed flights and no refund will be given on account of these events.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

f. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

g. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

h. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

i. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

j. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
