Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open only to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa and Travel Platinum Visa. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit Cards Prepaid and YAZZ Prepaid Visa Cards.

  2. Promo and booking period are from December 2, 2023 to May 31, 2024 only.

    Stay period is from December 2, 2023 to June 30, 2024 only.

    Blackout dates apply on December 23 to 31, 2023 (Christmas), January 1, 2 and 3 (New Year), February 8 to 13 (Chinese New Year), March 28 to 31 (Holy Week), April 6 to 9 (Day of Valor), April 27 to 30, May 1, 2024 (Labor Day) and June 11 to 15, 2024 (Independence Day).

  3. Qualified cardholders can avail of the following offers at The Lind Boracay using their Metrobank credit cards:

    • 20% OFF on accommodation for select rooms based on Published Rates.
    • 10% OFF on food and beverages at +36, applicable to a la carte items only.
    • 10% OFF on food and beverages at Crust, applicable to a la carte items only.
    • 10% OFF on food and beverages at Tartine, applicable to a la carte items only.
    • 20% OFF on regular treatments at The Spa Wellness Boracay.
  4. The Lind Boracay is located at Sitio Pinaungon, Brgy. Balabag, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.

  6. Terms and Conditions:

    Accommodation

    a. The following room categories are included in the promo:

    • Garden Room
    • Sea Room
    • Garden Premier
    • Beach Room
    • Garden Room with Pool
    • Garden Premier with Pool
    • Sea Premier

    b. Room rates are inclusive of the following:

    • Accommodations for two (2) adults and two (2) children, eleven (11) years and below.

    • Daily breakfast buffet for two (2) adults and two (2) children, eleven (11) years and below.

    • Roundtrip land and sea transfers from and to Caticlan airport on the check-in and check-out dates.

    • Valued Added Tax and Service Charge.

    c. Maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children per room only. Extra person rate in excess of two (2) adults apply, subject to standard allowable occupancies per room category.

    d. Extra person rate (3rd adult rate) is PHP 3,050 nett per night for bookings until March 31, 2024, inclusive of breakfast and roundtrip land and sea transfers on the check-in and check-out dates.

    e. Extra person rate (3rd adult rate) is PHP 3,294 nett, per night for bookings from April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024, inclusive of breakfast and roundtrip land and sea transfers on the check-in and check-out dates.

    f. Room upgrades are subject to availability and applicable rate differences based on Published Rates.

    g. The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay. Extra night(s) will be based on the hotel’s Promotional Nightly Rates.

    h. Promo is strictly non-refundable. Guaranteed bookings during the lean & regular season may be rebooked at least seven (7) days prior to the original date of arrival without any charges. During the high season, guaranteed bookings may be rebooked at least 14 days prior to the original date of arrival without any charges.


    i. New stay date is subject to availability. If new stay date is outside of the "Stay Period" or if change in stay date is done outside of booking period, the foregoing offer will no longer apply.

    j. Rates are exclusive of the Malay government’s mandated Environmental and Terminal Fees:

    • Foreign Nationals – PHP 300 per entry.

    • Local Tourists (but not Aklanons) – PHP 150 per entry.

    • Aklanons, Returning Aklanons (Balikbayan), and their children and grandchildren are exempted from Environmental and Admission Fee. Persons under 12 years of age and below are also exempted from paying. In addition, senior citizens, PWDs, and students who are Filipino Citizens are eligible for a 20% discount.

    • Zero to Five (0-5) years old – Free of charge for both Environmental and Terminal Fees.

    • Six (6) years old and above –Environmental Fee of P150.00 per entry and Terminal Fee of PHP 150 per person, per way.

    NOTE: For the convenience of The Lind Boracay guests, these fees will be paid in advance by the resort and settled by the guests upon check-in. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

    Food and Beverages

    a. No minimum spend requirement for Food and Beverages discount.

    b. Discounts are not applicable to promotional menus.

    c. Applicable to guests for dine-in transactions only.

    General Terms and Conditions:

    a. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of the booking/s or purchase to their qualified Metrobank credit card.

    b. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.

    c. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

    d. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

    e. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promotion.

    f. Unless otherwise provided, value-added tax and service charge shall be shouldered by the cardholder based on the original prices.

  7. By availing of this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g. name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by The Lind Boracay subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

  8. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, privileges and VIP cards unless otherwise provided.

  9. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  10. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo, booking or stay period. Should a cardholder receive the discount/s, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount/s shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  13. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Lind Boracay, with the concurrence of the DTI, and Metrobank shall be free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  14. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

  15. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
