General Terms and Conditions:

a. Prior reservation is required via https://www.sedahotels.com/hotel/view/2/seda-manila-bay-paranaque

b. To guarantee your reservation, a valid Metrobank card must be used.

c. Maximum capacity of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children for all room categories.

d. Extra person charge for the 3rd adult at Php 1,800net per night inclusive of breakfast for Deluxe,

e. Premier, Suite and Family room.

f. Extra person charge for the 3rd adult at Php 2,400net per night inclusive of breakfast for Club room.

g. Child policy: Children ages 12 years and below could stay for free with existing bedding.

h. Additional breakfast charge of Php 900 net applies to children ages 7-12 yrs. old for Deluxe, Premier, Suite and Family room.

i. Additional breakfast charge of Php 1,800 net applies to children ages 7-12 yrs. old for Club room.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

b. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, Senior Citizens can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.

c. The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards.

d. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise resort to instances where they are applicable in this Promotion.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the Promotion period. Should the Cardholder receive the discount but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the discount due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the Cardholder’s account.

f. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Promotion shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Bay Area Hotel Ventures, Inc. - Seda Manila Bay with the concurrence of the DTI.

g. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
