Accommodation

• Deluxe and Premier Rooms can accommodate maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) kids below 12 years old or three (3) adults only.

• Extra person charge of PHP 1,500.00 net per person, per night applies.

• Kids aged twelve (12) years old and below are free of charge if bed sharing with adults. Maximum of two (2) kids only are allowed per room.

• Cardholder can book up to a maximum of xx (x) rooms only within the promo and booking period.

• The offer is inclusive of Local Tax, Value Added Tax and Service Charge.

• The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.

• Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

• Rebooking and cancellation notice must be given at least seventy-two hours (72) before scheduled stay, subject to availability, and rebooked dates should be within promo and stay period, otherwise, the foregoing promo rate will no longer apply.

• Blackout dates apply on January 29 (Chinese New Year), February 14 (Valentine’s Day), April 17-20 (Holy Week), April 9 (Day of Valor), May 1 (Labor Day), May 11 (Mother’s Day) and June 15, 2025 only (Father’s Day).

Dining

• No minimum spend requirement for Food and Beverages discount.

• Discounts are not applicable to promotional menus.

• Unless otherwise provided, local tax, value-added tax and service charge shall be shouldered by the cardholder based on original menu prices.

• Kids rate to Café Marco buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner apply: * 6 years old and below – FREE of charge * 7 to 12 years old - 50% OFF

• Discount is not valid to be converted as voucher.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of booking/s or purchase to their qualified Metrobank credit card.

• Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit card.

• Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

• Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promotion.

• The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Marco Polo Plaza Cebu and Metrobank.

• All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

• The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

• By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.

• In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens / persons with disability can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, if applicable, whichever is higher.
