   Promo period is from May 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
   
   
4. How do I register in the promo?
   No registration is required. Simply use your qualified Metrobank card at participating branches to avail of the promo.
   
   
5. What are the qualified transactions?
   • Valid for online purchases only.  
   • Valid for straight transactions only. 
   • No minimum spend required. 
   • Must be charged to a qualified Metrobank card via the store’s Point-of-Sale terminal

The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing.

4. How to Avail:
   i. Visit the Cherry Roam eSIM website: https://esim.cherryroam.com.ph/
   
   ii. Existing users can log-into their account. New users must sign-up.
   
   iii. Select your eSIM destination, and your preferred data package.
   
   iv. Click “check out”. Under “Coupon Code”, type in your promo code: MHEREONLINE and click “Apply”.
   
   v. Under “Billing Information”, type in your necessary details and click “Proceed to Payment”
   
   vi. For the payment, type in your card details and click “Continue Payment”. 
   
   
5. Other Terms and Conditions:
   • Should a cardholder choose to avail the Metrobank Promo over Cherry Roam's 20% OFF for first time user promo on his first transaction, the latter promo will be forfeited on his succeeding transaction.
   • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts (higher discount prevails), promotions, fixed price items, but can still be eligible to the REFERRAL PROGRAM.
   • No minimum spend requirement to avail of the promo.
   • Offer is applicable to NEW and CURRENT Cherry Roam users.
   • Promo code can be used multiple times within the promo period.
   • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of the purchase to their qualified Metrobank Card.
   • Only one (1) transaction receipt is allowed per customer, per day.
   • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.
   • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
     
     
6. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
   
   
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disablity, whichever is higher.
   
   
8. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.
   
   
9. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit, or prepaid card account.
   
   
10. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
    
    
11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
    
    
12. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Cherry Roam, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
    
    
13. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
    
    
14. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
