Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all principal Metrobank Travel Signature Visa credit cardholders who are active and in good credit standing.

  2. Promo period is from March 1 to December 31, 2026.

  3. To join the promo, cardholders must register from March 1 to December 31, 2026.

    • Login to https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift using the mobile number linked to the cardholder’s Metrobank Travel Signature Visa credit card.
    • Agree to the privacy policy and enter OTP
    • Scroll down to “Other Promos” and look for “A Million Miles a Month Raffle”
    • Click on Register
    • Confirm the mobile number and enter the registration code sent to the mobile number
    • An SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.

  2. How to earn raffle entries:

    • Earn one (1) raffle entry for every PHP 1,000 local currency purchase (online or in-store).
    • Transactions below PHP 1,000 do not earn a raffle entry.
    • Raffle entries are earned for each PHP 1,000 increment of a qualified transaction amount.
    • Qualified transactions include straight retail, merchant installment purchase and Shop Now Pay Later, Bills2Pay, and PayNow transactions (excluding transfers made to the cardholder’s own account). 
    • Earn three (3) raffle entries for every PHP 1,000 foreign currency purchase (online or in-store), in or outside the Philippines). Example: a straight retail purchase in Japan (e.g., Uniqlo) charged in JPY (not PHP).
    • New-to-Bank* (NTB) Travel Signature Visa cardholders receive a one-time bonus of 20 raffle entries, upon their first straight retail, merchant installment purchase and Shop Now Pay Later, Bills2Pay, or PayNow transaction (any amount) within the promo period.

    • NewToBank Travel Signature Visa cardholders are defined as customers who do not have any existing Metrobank credit card at the time of application and are approved for a Metrobank Travel Signature Visa for the first time within the promo period.

  1. Cardholders may track their raffle entries at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift starting March 14, 2026. By clicking "Check progress" in the tracker.

    • Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker.
    • Raffle entries will be posted on the tracker within 7-10 banking days after the qualified transactions are posted and verified in the Metrobank system.
    • All raffle entries earned for transactions from March 1, 2026 to March 13, 2026, will be shown on the tracker by that time.
    • In compliance with BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015, Metrobank will not send SMS with clickable links.

  2. A Cardholder may win the 100,000 Mabuhay Miles prize more than once for the 10 monthly draws, while the 1,000,000 Mabuhay Miles prize may only be won once for the entire Promo Period.

  3. To qualify for the promo, the principal cardholder’s mobile number must be updated in Metrobank’s credit card database.

  4. Qualified transactions made by supplementary cardholders are counted under the principal cardholder’s for raffle entry computation.

  5. The following are not eligible to earn raffle entries: mobile wallet/mobile payment transactions; online payment system loads; transactions with merchant category code (MCC) 6540 (e.g., Lazada Top Up, Maya Add Money, ShopeePay, GrabPay), MCC 6010 and 6011; annual fee; interest of installment purchase; Cash Advance; and amortizations of Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, and Cash2Go.

  6. Metrobank Travel Signature Visa Cardholders acknowledge that their personal information will be handled in accordance with the confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank and Giftaway.

  7. The tracker will only request for the Cardholder's mobile number and a verification code sent to the Cardholder's registered mobile number. Metrobank/Giftaway will never ask for the Cardholder's card number, expiry date, CVV, or OTP via links in email, SMS, Viber or phone calls.

  8. The Spend Period for earning of raffle entries, and corresponding raffle draw dates are outlined below. Cut-off time is 11:59 PM on the last day of each spend period. The timestamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis for the timing of the qualified transactions.

  9. The electronic monthly raffle draws will take place virtually 14 calendar days after the end of each spend period to be held every 10:00am via MS Teams app in the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank. Below table also shows the qualified transaction dates, raffle draw dates, announcement of winners, number of winners to be announced, and the prizes to be won.

    Cut-off time is every 11:59pm on the last day of the Spend Period.

  10. Raffle entries earned from eligible spend from March 1 to December 31, 2026 shall accumulate and be included in the succeeding monthly raffle draw during the Promo Period.

  11. Raffle entries earned within the promo period are electronically generated and automatically included in the corresponding monthly draw. There is no cap on the number of entries a cardholder may earn. Raffle entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  12. Winners of the monthly raffle draws will be officially notified via registered mail using the registered address on record with the Metrobank system, SMS, e-mail, and call-out by Metrobank.

  13. To receive the prize, winners must provide a valid Mabuhay Miles number that matches the name on their Metrobank account. If a winner does not yet have a Mabuhay Miles account, he/she is given sixty (60) business days from the date of notification to enroll and provide the Mabuhay Miles number. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize with prior DTI approval.

  14. Prizes are subject to a mandatory 20% tax. The tax will be computed based on the gross miles and its monetary equivalent, and the corresponding tax amount will be deducted from the gross miles to determine the net miles prize. The net miles prize will the be the amount to be credited to the Mabuhay Miles account Please see sample computation below:

  15. To claim their prize, winners of the monthly raffle draw will be requested to submit the following via email at customerservice@metrobankcard.com:

    a. Notarized Quit Claim Form;

    b. Digital copy of 1 valid and unexpired government ID

    c. Digital copy of the front of the winning Metrobank credit card.

    d. Mabuhay Miles account number

  16. The winners must submit the abovementioned documents within five (5) business days from notification. Failure to comply, results in forfeiture of the prize, which will be awarded to a back‐up winner with DTI approval. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be rewarded to a back-up winner with prior approval from DTI.

  17. A Cardholder may win the 100,000 Mabuhay Miles prize more than once for the 10 monthly draws, while the 1,000,000 Mabuhay Miles prize may only be won once for the entire promo period. If a cardholder's name is drawn twice for both draws during a monthly draw, the higher prize will be awarded and a back-up winner will be drawn for the lower prize. The monthly winners of the One Million miles can only win once during the entire promo period.

  18. Once Metrobank has verified the winner, Metrobank will provide Philippine Airlines with the winner’s full name, Mabuhay Miles account number, and number of miles to be awarded. It will take around 24-48 hours for Philippine Airlines to credit the miles to the winner’s Mabuhay Miles account from the time that Metrobank provides those details to Philippines Airlines. The full prize Mabuhay Miles will be credited directly to the winner’s Mabuhay Miles account.

  19. By participating in the raffle promo, all participants and winner(s) grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose the following personal data: (i) full name, (ii) photographs and (iii) videos in connection with this promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Metrobank’s websites, or Metrobank’s social media pages.

  20. By submitting photos and videos, or by consenting to have photos or videos taken by a Metrobank representative, the participant agrees to their use for promotional purposes. If no photos or videos are submitted, it will be understood that the participant does not consent to the use of their photos or videos, but allows the use of their full name in social media announcements and promotions.

  21. Employees of Metrobank, Visa and Giftaway including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

  22. A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo and forfeits their right to the promo prize if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize. Metrobank receives the right to reward the raffle prize to the next available winner drawn with the presence of a DTI representative. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of the promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.

  23. This promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promos of Metrobank and/or Giftaway, unless otherwise stated.

  24. All questions or issues in relation to this promo will be accepted until sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than March 1, 2027.

  25. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  26. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify any previously approved transaction that is later cancelled or charged back within the promo period. If a cardholder has already been credited with raffle entries for such transactions or has been awarded the prize but is subsequently deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions, Metrobank may deduct or revoke the corresponding raffle entries or prize from the cardholder’s account.

  27. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  28. All terms and conditions relating to the incentive tracking indicated in the Giftaway website shall apply.

  29. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  30. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  1. Transactions made via PayNow shall be subject to PayNow Terms and Conditions.

  2. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

  3. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
