  • preferred room type;
  • no. of guests;
  • first 6-digits of Metrobank credit/debit card.

• Home Crest Hotel will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 24 hours upon booking.

• For payment, Home Crest Hotel will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank card must be used to settle the payment.

• A 50% deposit or full payment is required to guarantee booking upon reservation. Full payment via payment link to be settled upon arrival or check-in to finalize the booking. No pencil booking, no send bill allowed, no refund policy.

• Cardholder must present the Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.

• Above rates are good for two adults; net per room/night.

• Promo can be availed at: Home Crest Hotel, Tulip Drive corner Walnut Avenue, Ecoland Phase 7, Barangay Bucana, Talomo District, Davao City.

• Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN.

• Extra Person Rate: Additional adult with extra bed and breakfast at PHP 1,800 NET/night.

• Child Policy: 0 to 12 years old - free of charge up to 2 children per room utilizing bed, without breakfast. Additional breakfast charge of 50% OFF rate for 6-12 years old.

• Rebooking Policy: Change of stay date is permitted within the period of validity with booking requests needed at least 3 days before arrival.

• Cancellation/No-Show/Refund: Cancellation must be made 3 days prior to guest arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty equivalent to one night stay. No Refund Policy. Failure to arrive at the hotel or "No Show" will be considered as late cancellation and will incur the whole amount of the stay.

• Force Majeure Policy: If, for any reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to, labor strikes, accidents, government restrictions or regulations on travel, acts of war or acts of God, the Hotel is unable to perform its obligations, then such non-performance is excused with no other liability upon return of deposit. In no event shall the hotel be liable for consequential damages for any reason.

• Early check-in time is allowed from 10:00am - 2:00pm with a fee: PHP 500/hour. Late check-out is allowed from 12:00nn - 4:00pm with a fee: PHP 500/hr. Request for early check-in /late check-out or other requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Home Crest Hotel, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
