Promo Mechanics

  1. The Promotion is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa credit and Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit and Metrobank Prepaid cardholders in good credit standing only. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Card, and ON Internet Mastercard.

  5. How to avail:

    a. For bookings, call or email Be Grand Resort Bohol directly for prior reservations.

    b. Metrobank cardholder must inform the reservations team that they are availing of the promo with Metrobank Cards.

    c. State the booking details including the stay dates, number of guests, type of card and other important details.

    d. Confirmation and payment process will be given by the reservations team of BE Grand Resort Bohol via email.

    e. A payment link will be sent by the reservations team to the cardholder to process the payment.

    f. Once payment has been done, the cardholder must send the proof of payment to the reservations team for confirmation.

    g. A confirmation letter will be sent to the cardholder once the booking has been processed.

    h. The confirmation letter must be presented with the lead guest upon arrival.

    i. In cases where the cardholder or lead guest is not present upon arrival, the guest must present a letter of authorization, the confirmation letter and ID used by the lead guest in booking.

  6. General Terms and Conditions:

    a. Prior reservation is required to avail of the offer.

    b. For Be Grand Resort Bohol, the maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 2 kids (5-12 y/o) OR 3 adults with an extra person charge of PHP 2,500 for the 3rd person. For the higher room categories: Dream Villa can accommodate up to 2 adults only; Grand Villa can accommodate up to maximum of 5 persons with an extra charge of PHP 4,500 on the 5th person.

    c. The promo offers are inclusive of taxes.

    d. The promo offers are inclusive of breakfast buffet for 2 adults. For children between 5 – 12 yrs old, child policy applies for 50% OFF on breakfast buffet rate.

    e. Extra person rate, child policy, and rebooking policy applies per property.

    f. Reservations made under special promos, flash sales, or non-refundable rates are not eligible for rebooking.

    g. All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, early departures, or no shows.

    h. Full payment is required upon booking.

    i. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Be Grand Resort Bohol’s online gateway or Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

    j. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.

  7. Other Terms and Conditions:

    a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

    b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

    c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

    d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

    e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

    f. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

    g. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

    h. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

    i. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

    j. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
