Cancellation, Rebooking, and Refund Policy for Metrobank 2025
Cancellation policy
21 days prior to arrival – Free cancellation is allowed and fully refundable (see Refund Policy)
8-20 days prior to arrival – Allowed one-time free rebooking/name change within promo travel period; Non-refundable
7 days prior to arrival/No-show/Shortened stay - Forfeiture of booking. Non-refundable and Non-rebookable.
Rebooking Policy
Direct bookings are entitled to one (1) complimentary rebooking within the approved promo travel.
Rebooking requests must be submitted at least 31 days before the original arrival date.
Please note that rates may be subject to adjustment based on seasonality
If the booking remains unused by the end of the promo travel period, any payments made will be forfeited.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of war, changes in Philippine government statutes, strikes, riots, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy:
Prepayments are refundable in accordance with the applicable cancellation policies and will incur a 5% bank processing fee.
Any transaction fees imposed by the bank will be charged to the guest and deducted from the total refund amount.
Important Note: All cancellation and rebooking requests must be submitted via email to the Reservations Department and will be considered valid only upon receipt and acknowledgment. Bookings not cancelled or rebooked in accordance with these policies will be regarded as confirmed and guaranteed.
All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

Payment Policy
a. A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation.
b. Full payment is due a minimum of 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival and is required to confirm the booking.
c. To avail of the promo discount, payments must be made via a qualified Metrobank Credit Card.
Cancellation Policy
a. In case of cancellation, Nay Palad Hideaway must receive a written notice of cancellation from the booker.
b. Deposits cannot be refunded. Bookings cancelled or reduced in number are charged as indicated below:
15 - 30 days before arrival : 50% of total booking
14 days before arrival or less : 100% of total booking. No refund will be given for no-show or days not used resulting from early check out. In case of late arrival, the Nay Palad Hideaway Team would be happy to extend a stay provided that there are villas available, however the resort cannot be held accountable for any flight delays or cancellations.
If the guest requests to rebook more than 30 days before arrival, the rebooking can be done without any additional charges.
Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or villa type on your reservation are subject to the hideaway’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a rate change.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance prior to confirming your reservation and accepting the terms and conditions of Nay Palad Hideaway’s cancellation.
Rebooking Policy
a. Rebooking is permitted without any fee if the request is made beyond the cancellation period. However, please take note of the following conditions:
New travel dates must fall within the promotional period to retain the same offer.
Rebooking outside the promo period will be subject to standard rates and availability at the time of the request.
Smoking Policy
a. For the comfort and safety of all our Guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the villa.
b. Smoking is only permitted in the designated al fresco area within the private premises.
c. In the event of non-compliance, a fee equivalent to one night of the Guest‘s stay will be imposed.
d. This fee accounts for the extensive 24-hour cleaning required to thoroughly sterilize the villa should evidence of smoking be found inside. Force Majure
a. In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Nay Palad Hideaway will not be held liable for any disruption or the need to provide additional services.

c. We cannot be held responsible for unused rooms or missed flights.

Booking Procedure

d. Participating Metrobank Cardholder shall state the Promo and provide his/her complete booking details, including stay dates, number of guests, and other requests
e. A Confirmation of the Room Reservation along with a valid ipay88 payment link will be sent via e-mail to the Participating Metrobank Cardholder’s e-mail.
All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
This promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items.
In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens / persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
The use of the Metrobank credit cards in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the offer, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the offer shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Solaire Resort with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final. Solaire Resort shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.

Cancellation, Rebooking, and Refund Policy for Metrobank 2025
Cancellation policy
21 days prior to arrival – Free cancellation is allowed and fully refundable (see Refund Policy)
8-20 days prior to arrival – Allowed one-time free rebooking/name change within promo travel period; Non-refundable
7 days prior to arrival/No-show/Shortened stay - Forfeiture of booking. Non-refundable and Non-rebookable.
Rebooking Policy
Direct bookings are entitled to one (1) complimentary rebooking within the approved promo travel.
Rebooking requests must be submitted at least 31 days before the original arrival date.
Please note that rates may be subject to adjustment based on seasonality
If the booking remains unused by the end of the promo travel period, any payments made will be forfeited.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of war, changes in Philippine government statutes, strikes, riots, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy:
Prepayments are refundable in accordance with the applicable cancellation policies and will incur a 5% bank processing fee.
Any transaction fees imposed by the bank will be charged to the guest and deducted from the total refund amount.
Important Note: All cancellation and rebooking requests must be submitted via email to the Reservations Department and will be considered valid only upon receipt and acknowledgment. Bookings not cancelled or rebooked in accordance with these policies will be regarded as confirmed and guaranteed.
