1. What is the promo?

   Qualified cardholders can avail the following offers at Lucerne’s The Big Watch Sale at Trinoma Mall when using their Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards:

   • Up to 70% OFF on all items, valid for straight and installment transactions

   • 0% installment for 6 and 12 months, plus Shop Now Pay Later 90 days after
     *Installment transactions are valid for Metrobank credit cards only.

2. How will cardholder claim the discount?

   Cardholder can avail in the event store using his/her Metrobank credit, debit, or prepaid card.

3. How many times can cardholder redeem?

   Customer can avail discounts with 0% installment up to 12 months for every qualified purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of this promo and to Metrobank credit card’s approval.

4. When is the promo?

   The promo period is from October 9 to 15, 2026, 10am to 8pm.

5. Is the event open to all?

   The event is exclusive to Metrobank cardholders, including debit and prepaid. Payments are exclusive to Metrobank cards only.

   Metrobank cardholders can bring one (1) guest into the event.

6. Where in Trinoma is the event?

   The event is on the ground floor by the escalator from Mindanao Ave.

7. Is there a cut-off time for the event?

   Cut-off time for the event is at 8pm.

8. Can supplementary cardholders avail of the promo?

   Yes, provided the card used is an eligible Metrobank card in good credit standing and all promo conditions are met.

9. Can debit and prepaid cardholders avail of installment?

   No. Installment and Shop Now Pay Later are applicable to qualified Metrobank credit cards only.

10. Is there a limit to the number of items that can be purchased?

    The one-pager does not specify a purchase limit. Transactions remain subject to promo mechanics and card approval.

11. Can I combine this promo with another ongoing promo or discount?

    No. The promo cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless otherwise stated.

12. What happens if the purchase is cancelled or reversed?

    Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify cancelled, reversed, or charged-back transactions in accordance with the promo terms and conditions.

13. What other activities will Metrobank have at the event?
    
    Non-cardholders can apply for a Metrobank credit card.

1. The promo is applicable only to all Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, ICON Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa, Metrobank Prime Debit and Metrobank Prepaid cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard and ON Virtual Mastercard cards.

3. The promo period is from October 9, 2026 to October 15, 2026, from 10am to 8pm only.

4. Promo is available at The Big Watch Sale event at TriNoma - EDSA corner North Avenue, Barangay Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, 1105 Metro Manila.

5. To avail the promo at the store, the cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Metrobank Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

6. 0% Installment and Shop Now Pay Later Terms and Conditions:

   • 0% Installment and Shop Now Pay Later transactions are valid for Metrobank credit cards only.

   • 0% Installment under this promo is available up to 12 months (6 and 12 months) only.

   *All 0% Shop Now Pay Later transactions will be billed to the cardholder’s account starting the third (3rd) statement cycle based on the original Shop Now Pay Later transaction date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.

   To further illustrate:
   
   * If purchase is made before cut-off date, billing will be deferred for 2 months.
   
   * if purchase is made after cut-off date, billing will be deferred for 3 months.

7. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Cards.

8. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

9. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

10. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

12. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

14. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Lucerne, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

16. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
