The promo applies to Metrobank cardholders who have never provisioned (enrolled/linked) their Metrobank card to Apple Pay within Metrobank’s qualified period. 

 Promo Period: September 15, 2026 to October 16, 2026. 

Eligibility 

The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card and M-Lite Mastercard, Metrobank Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Platinum Mastercard in good credit standing who have never provisioned (enrolled/linked) any Metrobank card to Apple Pay. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dealer Financing. 

Qualified Cardholders and Campaign Trigger 

This campaign applies to qualified Metrobank cardholders who have never provisioned (enrolled/linked) any Metrobank card to Apple Pay. Cardholders who have previously provisioned a Metrobank card to Apple Pay, including any card that was subsequently removed and re-provisioned, shall not be eligible under this campaign. 

No registration required. Metrobank shall identify eligible cardholders and send notification to provision their Metrobank Card in Apple Pay. The qualifying period begins on the date indicated in the official campaign notification sent to the cardholder. Cardholder have thirty (30) banking days from the date they received the notification from Metrobank to provision Apple Pay, perform qualified transactions, and earn P250 cashback for the promo. 

Promo Mechanics
Provision (enroll/link) your Metrobank card on Apple Pay and get PHP 250 Cashback. To qualify: 

1. Metrobank shall identify eligible cardholders for the promo and send a notification; 
2. The selected Metrobank cardholder must provision their qualified Metrobank card to Apple Pay;  
3. Metrobank cardholder shall make at least three (3) Apple Pay transactions and reach an accumulated spend of at least ₱1,000, within thirty (30) days from the date of successful provisioning during the promo period.  

Cashback Crediting 

Qualified cardholders who provision (enroll/link) their Metrobank card to Apple Pay, complete at least three (3) Apple Pay transactions and reach an accumulated PHP 1,000 spend within the thirty (30)-day qualifying window shall receive a PHP 250 Cashback.  

For qualified Metrobank Credit Card holders, the PHP 250 Cashback shall be credited to the qualified cardholder's Metrobank credit card account and will be reflected to their Statement of Account as “Apple Pay Welcome Cashback” within 30 to 60 banking days from the end of the applicable qualifying period, provided that the account remains active and in good credit standing. 
 
For qualified Metrobank Debit Card holders, the PHP 250 Cashback shall be credited as a rebate to the Metrobank deposit account linked to the qualified Metrobank Debit Card used in this campaign and will be reflected to their MBOA app as “WACR”, within the same 30 to 60 banking days from the end of the applicable qualifying period, provided that the deposit account remains active and in good standing. 

Other Terms and Conditions 

• The minimum accumulated spend requirement is computed based on the sum of qualified Apple Pay transactions posted to the cardholder's qualified Metrobank card within the applicable qualifying period, net of any reversals, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks. 
• Qualified transactions refer to purchases made through Apple Pay using an enrolled qualified Metrobank card at accredited physical or online merchants.  
• Cash advances, balance transfers, quasi-cash transactions, installment amortizations, fees, charges, interest, insurance premiums, and any transaction not routed through Apple Pay are not qualified and shall be excluded from the accumulated spend and transaction count. 
• The promo applies to one (1) Metrobank card provisioned to Apple Pay per cardholder. Only transactions made with the specific card identified and received Metrobank's notification shall qualify. Spend from multiple cards cannot be combined or counted to qualify. 
• The ₱250 Cashback is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Apple Pay or Metrobank promotion, unless otherwise provided. 
• A qualified cardholder may earn ₱250 Cashback under this campaign only once using their qualified Metrobank card provisioned where notification was sent. Regardless if the cardholder has multiple qualified Metrobank cards owned, the ₱250 Cashback shall be processed only once. In accordance with the Bank's no-double-counting policy, cardholders who have already earned an incentive under any other Metrobank Apple Pay acquisition or trigger campaign shall no longer be eligible to earn an additional incentive.  
• All qualifying transactions are subject to fraud and risk monitoring. Metrobank reserves the right to withhold, delay, or deny the crediting of the ₱250 Cashback pending verification of any transaction reasonably suspected to be erroneous, invalid, fraudulent, unauthorized, or made in violation of these mechanics. 
• Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder and to reverse a previously credited ₱250 Cashback should a qualifying transaction be subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed, or charged back within or after the promo period, or should the cardholder be found to have not met the promo requirements. In such cases, the cost of the ₱250 Cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder's credit card account or debited from the cardholder’s linked deposit account, as applicable. 
• The cardholder's account must remain active and in good credit standing at the time of qualification and at the time of cashback crediting. Accounts that are cancelled, suspended, delinquent, or in default shall be disqualified. 
• The use of the Metrobank credit and debit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the applicable Metrobank credit card or Metrobank debit card and its linked deposit account, which are made an integral part hereof by reference and shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo. 
• Any applicable taxes on the ₱250 Cashback, where imposed by law, shall be for the account of the cardholder unless otherwise required to be shouldered by the Bank. 
• Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to approval by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). 
• In case of any dispute between Metrobank and the cardholder concerning the cardholder's availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final. 
• By participating in this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to these promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
