  9. Terms and conditions for the lounge voucher and bonus miles:

    • United Club lounge access e-voucher must be used on the same date of the cardholder's date of travel.
    • United Club voucher is for one-time complimentary access only.

    • Free one-time complimentary access to United Club. Lounge voucher is granted for every ticket booked on Economy Class and Premium Economy Class with United Airlines (applicable to MNL-USA, CEB-USA, flights only)
    • Published fares are excluding applicable taxes and surcharges/fees.
    • Ticket Validity - Maximum stay allowed is 1 year and validity is based on date of original ticket issuance
    • United Club lounge pass is 1 year valid from date of issuance.
    • Acceptance to the lounge will be subject to space availability.
    • United Club lounge access and FREE Bonus Miles are non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash.

    • By participating in the promo and/or signing up at MileagePlus, customers agree that their personal data will be shared to, collected, stored and/or processed by United Airlines and/or MileagePlus, in accordance with their Confidentiality, Data Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Terms of Use, and other relevant policies and terms and conditions, and is subject further to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173).
    • By using the lounge pass, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the participating United Airlines lounge. Any customer who violates or fails to comply with any such terms or rules may be refused entry to or asked to vacate the lounge facilities.
    • All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the customer.

  11. Other terms and conditions:
    • The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
    • The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and United Airlines.
    • The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards In such a dispute, HT&T Travel Philippines, Inc (GSA - United Airlines) and United Airlines shall have no liability. 
    • Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the offer , but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the offer shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card.
    • Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
    • Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and United Airlines, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
    • In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
