PROMO HIGHLIGHTS:

1. What is the promo offer?

   Metrobank credit cardholders will exclusively get the following when they shop at all SM Store branches nationwide:

   • Up to PHP 1,000 OFF on straight transactions: 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 5,000 up to a maximum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000

   • Up to PHP 2,000 OFF on 0% installment plus Shop Now, Pay NEXT YEAR: 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 15,000 up to a maximum single-receipt spend of PHP 20,000

2. What are the qualified cards / credit cards for the promo?

3. What are the excluded cards / credit cards for the promo?

   • Promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, and Prepaid cards.

4. What is the promo period?

   • Promo period: November 27, 2025 to November 30, 2025

   • Pre-sale period on November 27, 2025 for the following branches only: Cauayan, Tuguegarao, Urdaneta, Baguio, Rosales, Laoag, La Union, Tarlac, Cabanatuan, Megacenter, Olongapo Central, Olongapo Downtown, Bataan, Clark, Pampanga, San Fernando, Telabastagan, Baliwag, Marilao and Valenzuela

GENERAL MECHANICS:

1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Promo will run from November 28,2025 to November 30, 2025 on all branches nationwide with pre-sale period on November 27, 2025 for the following branches:

   • Cauayan, Tuguegarao, Urdaneta, Baguio, Rosales, Laoag, La Union, Tarlac, Cabanatuan, Megacenter, Olongapo Central, Olongapo Downtown, Bataan, Clark, Pampanga, San Fernando, Telabastagan, Baliwag, Marilao and Valenzuela

3. Use your Metrobank Mastercard credit card to enjoy the following:

   • Up to PHP 1,000 OFF on straight transactions: 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 5,000 up to a maximum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000

   • Up to PHP 2,000 OFF on 0% installment plus Shop Now, Pay NEXT YEAR: 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 15,000 up to a maximum single-receipt spend of PHP 20,000

4. The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e., class discounts, SM Advantage/SM Prestige discounts and other SM discounts).

5. Online transactions via ShopSM and Personal Shopper transactions are excluded from the promo.

6. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

7. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

8. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, SM Store shall have no liability.

9. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

10. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

12. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM Store, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

13. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

14. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
