What is the promo offer?
- Up to 50% OFF on select items for straight transactions using your Metrobank credit and debit cards. Available for both in-store and online store
- transactions.
- Up to 40% OFF on select items for 0% installment up to 24 months. Available for in-store transactions only.
What are the qualified cards for the promo?
The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard, and Metrobank debit cards in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing and Metrobank prepaid cards.
When is the promo period and where is the promo applicable?
- Promo will run on October 1 to 31, 2026.
- Promo is applicable at all SM Appliance Center stores nationwide.
What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e., class discounts, SM Advantage/SM Prestige discounts and other SM discounts).
- Promo is applicable to instore transactions only. Online transactions are excluded from the promo.
- The promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
- Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
- All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
- All installment purchases are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the offer due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive and shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
- The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, SM Appliance shall have no liability.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM Appliance, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
