Sign up on the Metrobank App & get PHP 100 cashback

The program is open to select Metrobank customers with an active deposit or credit card account who will receive communications inviting them to participate in the promo. Only non-digital users of Metrobank Digital Channels will be invited. Customers who will not receive the communications will not be part of the promo.

Promo period is from March 23, 2026 to March 22, 2027.

Qualified customers who receive the invitation and subsequently sign up for the new Metrobank App within 30 calendar days after receipt of invitation will receive a ₱100 credit to their deposit account or ₱100 cashback to their credit card account.

Customers are given 30 calendar days from receipt of the invitation to sign up for the new Metrobank App. For example, if a customer is invited on July 15, he/she will have until August 15 to sign up for the new Metrobank App.

This offer is valid for pre-identified customers and accounts only.

The promo and cashback entitlement are based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank deposit accounts or credit card accounts under the same name will be considered as one unique customer.

A customer is entitled to a maximum of one (1) cashback or credit per customer for the duration of the promo period.

The PHP 100 cashback or credit will be given to the qualified customers by the third week of the following month after signing up for the new Metrobank App. It will be credited to their identified deposit account or credit card account. For example. a customer who signs up for the new Metrobank App on August 10 will receive the cashback on the third week of September.

Cashback/credit is non-transferrable and can only be used by the intended user.

The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank).

The use of the Metrobank App in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the Metrobank E-channels.
