What is the InstaPay Cash In promo and who can avail of it?
The promo is for all ShopeePay users who cash in via InstaPay a minimum amount of PHP 1,000

How do I join this promo?

  • From Dec 6-31, 2022, ShopeePay users must successfully cash in at least PHP 1,000 via Instapay to join and get up to PHP 25 cashback

How many times can I join the promo?
For the entire month of December users can avail of cashback maximum 2 times.

What’s the maximum amount of cashback can I get from this promo?
User gets up to PHP 25.

What transactions are not eligible for this promo?

  • Transferring of funds from ShopeePay wallet to other banks and e-wallets via InstaPay
  • Transferring of funds into ShopeePay via online linked account
  • Cashing in via linked bank accounts, online banking and e-wallet transfers that are NOT via InstaPay

If I’m eligible for the promo, when can I expect my cashback?
Credits will be manually injected into the user’s account after 7-10 business days.

Is the cashback transferable?
No, the cashback is non-transferable and non-withdrawable.

What happens to my ShopeePay credits if I don’t use them?
Your cashback will be subject to a clawback process after 60 days from the date of receipt.

I do not have ShopeePay; can I still join the promo?
No, users must activate and verify their ShopeePay first to be able to join the promo.

InstaPay partners with waived fees (no fees being charged currently) are exempted from this promo. See below the list of these partners:

  • Camalig Bank (until March 31, 2023)
  • ING Banks, N.V (until December 31, 2022)
  • Rural Bank of Guinobatan

  1. Users must have a registered and activated Shopee account to receive or redeem the reward.

  2. Participants must also activate their ShopeePay wallet and successfully cash in a minimum amount of PHP 1,000 during the promo duration → Dec 6-31, 2022

  3. Cash in transactions must be successfully created and settled within promo dates to be able to qualify for the promo.

  4. Users who cash in at least -
    a. Users must activate their ShopeePay account.
    b. All users who cash in at least PHP 1,000 to a valid and active ShopeePay wallet via InstaPay will receive up to PHP 25 cashback from Dec 6-31, 2022. For the entire month, users can avail of cashback maximum 2 times.

    Notes:

  5. Users must successfully CASH IN to their ShopeePay wallet via their bank apps or e-wallets using InstaPay. The following transactions are not included in the promo and will not be rewarded

    a. Transferring of funds from ShopeePay wallet to other banks and e-wallets via InstaPay
    b. Transferring of funds into ShopeePay via online linked account
    c. Cashing in via linked bank accounts, online banking and e-wallet transfers that are NOT via InstaPay

  6. InstaPay cash in transactions from banks that do not charge a transfer fee are NOT eligible for this promo. Promo also does NOT apply to cash in transactions from banks that were not identified by ShopeePay at the start of the promotion period as charging a transaction fee. ONLY banks and e-wallets included in the list under Terms & Conditions are eligible for this promo.

  7. The ShopeePay credits are not convertible/withdrawable to cash and can only be used within the Shopee App. Unused credits will be subject to the clawback process 60 days upon receipt of credits.

  8. Users are highly encouraged to enable / turn on their Push Notifications.

  9. Users are highly encouraged to update their Shopee Accounts with their full name, Shopee username, and active mobile.

  10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid ShopeePay accounts only. ShopeePay users with duplicate accounts or are connected to any user deemed by ShopeePay to be proven fraudulent cannot participate in this promo.

  11. ShopeePay reserves the right not to award, cancel or withdraw the reward or benefit of accounts that are proven to be invalid, suspicious or fraudulent (i.e abuse of system).

  12. ShopeePay reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.

  13. ShopeePay users who have exceeded their wallet limits may not receive their cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable wallet limits – PHP 50,000 for basic accounts and PHP 100,000 for verified accounts.

  14. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials related to these promos, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail with prior approval of DTI.
