The Metrobank Online Member Get Member Cup of Joe Raffle promo (the “Promo”) shall run from May 8 to 13 only (the “Promo Period and Card Application Period”).
The Promo is open to existing principal Metrobank credit card cardholders whose accounts are active and are in good credit standing (“Referrer”) and who have received a referral invitation via official Metrobank communication channels. These include:
Email from promo@marketing.metrobankcard.com (Metrobank Credit Card) or info@communications.metrobank.com.ph (Metrobank)
Viber from Metrobank Card Promos or Metrobank
SMS from MCC or Metrobank
Employees of Metrobank and employees of the program’s third-party providers are not eligible for the promo.
Referrers will earn one (1) raffle entry for every completed new-to Metrobank referral. To qualify for the raffle entry, the referrer must follow the following steps:
a. The Referrer must share to their Referral the unique member referral code sent to their email address and mobile number registered to Metrobank.
b. Referrals must apply for a Metrobank credit card during the Promo Period, and indicate the unique referral code of the referrer in the online application form in https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/creditcard
c. The Referral must meet the following criteria:
Has completed their application within the Promo Period from May 8 to 13, 2026
Has applied for any of the following credit card types:
Has no existing credit card with Metrobank or has not had one within the last six (6) months prior to referral
Referrers will get the chance to win two (2) Patron tickets for SANDALI: The Cup of Joe Fest happening on May 23, 2026 at the Philippine Stadium.

Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a Referrer can earn.
The electronic raffle draw will take place on May 18, 2026 and will virtually be held in the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank. Backup winners will be drawn on the same date and will replace the winners should the winner(s) be disqualified.
The winner(s) will be notified via registered mail, SMS, e-mail, and/or call-out by Metrobank and will be given complete instructions on how to claim the tickets.
The winners may claim their prizes from May 19 to May 22, 2026 between 9:00AM to 5:00PM at 6778 MCC Center, Ayala Ave. Makati City. Cardholders are responsible for claiming the tickets on or before the cut-off date.
To claim the prize, the winner(s) of the raffle draw must present one (1) valid and unexpired government ID.
A representative may claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided he/she presents the following:
One (1) valid and unexpired government ID;
Original or Photocopy of winner’s valid and unexpired Government ID; and
Signed authorization letter, indicating the full name of the winner
Any unclaimed tickets(s) shall be forfeited to Metrobank. Metrobank will not entertain special requests for ticket pickup or delivery.
Raffle prizes are not transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
By participating in this raffle, all participants and the winner grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or Metrobank social media pages.
Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests related to a Referrer’s raffle entries after the raffle draw.
The Referrer will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of any promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.
The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing his/her referral code, he/she will not use Metrobank’s trademarks, service marks, logos, symbols, or brand names, or proprietary indicia, or otherwise use the intellectual property of Metrobank in advertising, promotional or marketing communications or correspondence with his/her Referrals. However, Referrers may use the name of Metrobank or the name of the Promo in sharing their referral link.
The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing his/her referral code, he/she will not represent or misrepresent that he/she is acting for or on behalf of Metrobank. Referrers who abuse the referral program in any manner and engage in fraudulent activity shall be reported to the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”). This shall be done without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank.
The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing his/her referral code, he/she will not make false claims about Metrobank, its products, or the application process. False claims or any unauthorized action may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the Promo. This is without any prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank against the Referrer.
The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when participating in the Promo, he/she cannot use the Promo as a platform for selling Metrobank credit cards. Abuse or any unauthorized action may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the Promo. This is without any prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank against the Referrer.
The Referrer agrees and undertakes that he/she will not allow a third party to share his/her unique referral code on his/her behalf.
The Referral must personally complete his/her Metrobank credit card application and not allow the Referrer or a third party to complete on his/her behalf.
Only referral applications done directly through the online application form at https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/creditcard are qualified for the promo. Applications done through other external aggregators and partner sites or pages such as but not limited to Moneymax, Lazada, Foodpanda, Kaskasan Buddies, and the like are not qualified for the referral Reward. Likewise, applications coming from Metrobank’s paid or sponsored advertisements on platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Youtube and similar digital channels are not qualified for the referral Reward.
Metrobank has no obligation to disclose any information about the Referrals and the corresponding status of their application to the Referrer. Application status may only be inquired directly by the applicant by calling Metrobank Contact Center at (02) 88-700-700 or send an e-mail to customerservice@metrobankcard.com.
In case of multiple Referrers of the same card applicant, the raffle entry will be given to the Referrer whose referral code was used in the first referred credit card application received by Metrobank.
In case the Referral previously applied through any other channel apart from https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/credit card before being referred, Referrer will not be eligible for a raffle entry.
All questions or disputes regarding the Referrer’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, at its discretion, upon the concurrence of the the Department of Trade and Industries (DTI).
All referred credit card applications shall be subject to Metrobank’s final approval and credit card terms and conditions.
The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card.
