Metrobank Online Member Get Member Q4 2026

1. PROMO. The Metrobank Online Member Get Member Q4 2026 promo (the “Promo”) shall run from October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. (the “Promo Period and Card Application Period”). 
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Promo is open to existing principal Metrobank credit cardholders (“Referrer”) whose accounts are in good credit standing and who have received a referral code via official Metrobank communication channels such as:
   • Email from promo@marketing.metrobankcard.com (Metrobank Credit Card) or info@communications.metrobank.com.ph (Metrobank)
   • Viber from Metrobank Card Promos or Metrobank
   • SMS from MCC or Metrobank
3. REFERRAL. A "Referral" refers to an individual referred by the Referrer who:
   • Is a new-to-Metrobank applicant who has no existing credit card with Metrobank or has not had one within the last six (6) months prior to application
   • Has applied and has been approved for the following product types:
     • Cashback Visa
     • Rewards Plus Visa
     • Titanium Mastercard
     • Toyota Platinum Card
     • Platinum Mastercard
     • Travel Signature Visa
     • World Mastercard
   • Has applied directly via https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/creditcard and has inputted a valid referral code in their initial application
   • Has activated the newly approved Metrobank credit card within 30 days from date of card approval
4. DISQUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS. Employees of Metrobank and employees of the program’s third-party providers are not eligible for the promo.
5. REFERRER’S REWARD. Referrers will receive a Reward worth PHP 5,000 for every approved and activated new-to-Metrobank principal credit card referral within the Promo Period. Eligible Referrers may redeem their Reward as:
   • e-Gifts; or
   • Cash Credits directly to their eligible Metrobank credit card
   subject to the reward options, redemption mechanics, and limits prescribed by Metrobank. Metrobank reserves the right to determine, restrict, or modify the available reward redemption options per customer, including but not limited to allowing a customer to redeem: (i) e-Gifts only, (ii) cash credits only, or (iii) both e-Gifts and cash credits.
6. NOTICE OF REWARD. Qualified Referrers with successful Referrals will receive a message via SMS confirming their eligibility to receive their reward within thirty (30) banking days after the credit card activation of their referrals. The Referrer must claim and select their preferred reward within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the SMS. Failure to select a reward within the prescribed period shall be deemed a waiver of the reward selection option, and the reward shall automatically be processed as a cash credits and credited to the Referrer's eligible Metrobank Credit Card in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. CHANGE IN REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBDER. Should there be any change/s in the cardholder’s Metrobank-registered mobile number, it is the responsibility of the Cardholder to update his/her contact information by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700.
8. CLAIMING OF REWARD. To claim their Reward, the Referrer must:
   • Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift. This is Metrobank’s Giftaway portal, an external website owned by Metrobank’s third party provider.
   • Login using their Metrobank-registered mobile number and agree that such information will be subject to the Confidentiality, Data Privacy and Security Policy/Terms of the provider, Giftaway Inc., and is subject further to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173). REMINDER that the redemption page will never ask for the card number, expiry date, or CVV.
   • Receive and input their one-time password on the page.
   • Once successfully logged in, find ‘Refer & Get Rewarded Q4 2026’ under Your Promos & click Check Progress button.
   • Select their preferred reward from the available options.
9. PROCESSING OF REWARD. Reward fulfillment shall be processed as follows:
   • For e-Gift: This will be credited and immediately reflected in the Cardholder's Wallet within the Giftaway portal, where it may be redeemed subject to the applicable merchant terms and conditions. The e-Gift will be valid for use within thirty (30) calendar days from claiming. After which, e-Gift will be forfeited if remained unredeemed.
   • For Cash Credits: The corresponding amount shall be credited to the Cardholder's eligible Metrobank Credit Card within thirty (30) banking days from successful reward selection.
10. IN CASE OF MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS. For qualified Referrers with multiple Metrobank Credit Cards, the cash credit will be credited to the credit card that has the highest usage relative to its credit limit at the time the cash credit is processed.
11. REWARD OPTION. Once a reward option has been selected by the Referrer, the selection shall be considered final and non-transferable. Requests to change, convert, exchange, or reverse a reward selection, including converting an e-Gift reward to cash credits or vice versa, shall not be accommodated.
12. PROHIBITION ON USE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing their referral code, they will not use Metrobank’s trademarks, service marks, logos, symbols, or brand names, or proprietary indicia, or otherwise use the intellectual property of Metrobank in advertising, promotional or marketing communications or correspondence with their Referrals. However, Referrers may use the name of Metrobank or the name of the Promo in sharing their referral link.
13. PROHIBITION ON MISREPRESENTATION. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing their referral code, they will not represent or misrepresent that they are acting for or on behalf of Metrobank. Referrers who abuse the referral program in any manner and engage in fraudulent activity shall be reported to the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”). This shall be done without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank against the Referrer.
14. PROHIBITION ON FALSE CLAIMS. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing their referral code, they will not make false claims about Metrobank, its products, or the application process. False claims or any unauthorized action may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the Promo. This is without any prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank against the Referrer.
15. PROHIBITED USE OF THE PROMO. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when participating in the Promo, they cannot use the Promo as a platform for selling Metrobank credit cards. Abuse or any unauthorized action may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the Promo. This is without any prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank against the Referrer.
16. PROHIBITION ON THIRD PARTY SHARING OF REFERRAL CODE. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that they will not allow a third party to share their unique referral code on their behalf.
17. COMPLETION OF APPLICATION. The Referral must personally complete their Metrobank credit card application and not allow the Referrer or a third party to complete such application on their behalf.
18. OFFICIAL APPLICATION PLATFORM. Only referral applications done directly through the online application form at https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/creditcard are qualified for the promo. Applications done through other external aggregators and partner sites or pages such as but not limited to Moneymax, Lazada, Foodpanda, Kaskasan Buddies, and the like are not qualified for the referral Reward. Likewise, applications coming from Metrobank’s paid or sponsored advertisements on platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Youtube and similar digital channels are not qualified for the referral Reward.
19. NO OBLIGATION TO DISCLOSE. Metrobank has no obligation to disclose any information about the Referrals and the corresponding status of their application to the Referrer. Application status may only be inquired directly by the applicant, which in this case is the Referral, by calling Metrobank Contact Center at (02) 88-700-700 or send an e-mail to customerservice@metrobankcard.com.
20. RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify previously approved redemptions proven to be unqualified. Should the Referrer receive the incentive but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the incentives due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized applications, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank against the Referrer’s credit card account.
21. FORFEITURE OR WITHHOLDING OF REWARD. The Referrer shall forfeit the Reward if, at the time of Reward crediting, the Referrer no longer has an active Metrobank credit card account. If the Referrer's account is not in good credit standing at the time of Reward crediting, Metrobank reserves the right to withhold the Reward until such time that the account is restored to good credit standing. Upon confirmation that the account has been restored to good credit standing, the Reward shall be credited within thirty (30) banking days.
22. IN CASE OF MULTIPLE REFERRERS. In case of multiple Referrers of the same card applicant, the Reward will be given to the Referrer whose referral code was used in the first referred credit card application received by Metrobank.
23. APPLICATION THROUGH ANY OTHER CHANNEL. In case the Referral previously applied through any other channel apart from https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/credit card before being referred, and was subsequently approved, Referrer will not receive the incentive.
24. MAXIMUM APPROVED REFERRALS. Referrers can receive Rewards for up to a maximum of thirty (30) approved Referrals for the duration of the Promo.
25. IN CASE OF DISPUTE. All questions or disputes regarding the Referrer’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by Metrobank, at its discretion, upon the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industries (DTI).
26. APPROVAL OF APPLICATION. All referred credit card applications shall be subject to Metrobank’s final approval and credit card Terms and Conditions.
27. APPLICABILITY OF METROBANK CREDIT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card.
