Invite your friends and family to apply for their first Metrobank credit card online with your unique referral code and get PHP 5,000 eGC for every successful referral.

Promo Offer:

  • Referrers will receive an eGC worth PHP 5,000 via Giftaway for every approved and activated new-to-Metrobank principal credit card referral within the promo period.

How to Refer:

  1. Referrer must share the unique member referral code sent to their email address and mobile number registered to Metrobank.

  2. Referrals must directly* visit https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/creditcard to apply for a Metrobank credit card and indicate the unique referral code of the referrer in the form.

  3. Referral must apply for the following cards:

    • Metrobank Cashback Visa
    • Metrobank Rewards Plus Visa
    • Metrobank Titanium Mastercard
    • Metrobank Toyota Mastercard
    • Metrobank Platinum Mastercard
    • Metrobank Travel Signature Visa
    • Metrobank World Mastercard

  4. Referral must have no existing credit card with Metrobank or has not had one within the last six (6) months prior to referral.

  5. Referral must activate the newly approved Metrobank credit card within 30 days from date of card approval.

*Applications that are not done by directly clicking the link above or done through other external aggregators and partner sites such as but not limited to Moneymax, Lazada, Foodpanda and the like are not qualified for the referral reward.

How to redeem your eGC:

  1. Once your referral is approved and has activated their new Metrobank credit card, you will receive an SMS from Metrobank containing your eGC within 30 banking days. 2. To redeem, visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift. This is Metrobank’s Giftaway portal, an external website owned by Metrobank’s third party provider.

  2. Login using your Metrobank-registered mobile number and agree that such information will be subject to the Confidentiality, Data Privacy and Security Policy/Terms of the e-gift provider, Giftaway Inc., and is subject further to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173). The redemption page will never ask for the card number, expiry date, or CVV.

  3. You will receive a one-time password that you would need to input on the page.

  4. Once successfully logged in, find ‘Refer & Get Rewarded Q1 2026’ under Your Promos. Click Check Progress button.

  5. You will be redirected to the promo page where you will be able to see and track all eGCs awarded to you under this promo.

Promo Period: All referral applications must be submitted from January 5, 2026 to June 30, 2026.

  • The Promo is open to existing principal Metrobank credit card cardholders whose accounts are active and are in good credit standing, who have received the Electronic Direct Email (EDM) or SMS/Viber referral invitation via official Metrobank communication channels.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Metrobank Online Member Get Member Flash promo (the “Promo”) shall run from January 5, 2026 to June 30, 2026. (the “Promo Period and Card Application Period”).
  2. The Promo is open to existing principal Metrobank credit card cardholders whose accounts are active and are in good credit standing (“Referrer”) and who have received a referral invitation via official Metrobank communication channels. These include:
    • Email from promo@marketing.metrobankcard.com (Metrobank Credit Card) or info@communications.metrobank.com.ph (Metrobank)
    • Viber from Metrobank Card Promos or Metrobank
    • SMS from MCC or Metrobank
  3. Employees of Metrobank and employees of the program’s third-party providers are not eligible for the promo.
  4. Referrers will receive an e-Gift worth PHP 5,000 (“Reward”) for every approved and activated new-to-Metrobank principal credit card referral within the promo period.
  5. To qualify for the Reward, the referrer must follow the following steps:

    a. The Referrer must share to their Referral the unique member referral code sent to their email address and mobile number registered to Metrobank.

    b. Referrals must apply for a Metrobank credit card during the Promo Period, and indicate the unique referral code of the referrer in the online application form in https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/creditcard

    c. The approved Metrobank credit card of the referral must be approved for the following credit card types:
    i. Cashback Visa
    ii. Metrobank Rewards Plus Visa
    iii. Metrobank Titanium Mastercard
    iv. Toyota Mastercard 
    v. Metrobank Platinum Mastercard
    vi. Metrobank Travel Signature Visa
    vii. Metrobank World Mastercard

    d. The Referral must meet the following criteria:
    i. Has no existing credit card with Metrobank or has not had one within the last six (6) months prior to referral
    ii. Has activated the newly approved Metrobank credit card within 30 days from date of card approval
  6. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing his/her referral code, he/she will not use Metrobank’s trademarks, service marks, logos, symbols, or brand names, or proprietary indicia, or otherwise use the intellectual property of Metrobank in advertising, promotional or marketing communications or correspondence with his/her Referrals. However, Referrers may use the name of Metrobank or the name of the Promo in sharing their referral link.
  7. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing his/her referral code, he/she will not represent or misrepresent that he/she is acting for or on behalf of Metrobank. Referrers who abuse the referral program in any manner and engage in fraudulent activity shall be reported to the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”). This shall be done without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank.
  8. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing his/her referral code, he/she will not make false claims about Metrobank, its products, or the application process. False claims or any unauthorized action may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the Promo. This is without any prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank against the Referrer. 
  9. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that when participating in the Promo, he/she cannot use the Promo as a platform for selling Metrobank credit cards. Abuse or any unauthorized action may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the Promo. This is without any prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank against the Referrer. 
  10. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that he/she will not allow a third party to share his/her unique referral code on his/her behalf. 
  11. The Referral must personally complete his/her Metrobank credit card application and not allow the Referrer or a third party to complete on his/her behalf. 
  12. Only referral applications done directly through the online application form at https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/creditcard are qualified for the promo. Applications done through other external aggregators and partner sites or pages such as but not limited to Moneymax, Lazada, Foodpanda, Kaskasan Buddies, and the like are not qualified for the referral Reward. Likewise, applications coming from Metrobank’s paid or sponsored advertisements on platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Youtube and similar digital channels are not qualified for the referral Reward. 
  13. Qualified Referrers with successful referrals will receive a message via Viber, SMS or EDM confirming his/her eligibility to receive their e-Gift within 30 banking days after the credit card activation of their referrals. They must follow the redemption procedure.
  14. To redeem the e-Gift, the Cardholder must:
    a. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift. This is Metrobank’s Giftaway portal, an external website owned by Metrobank’s third party provider.
    b. Login using their Metrobank-registered mobile number and agree that such information will be subject to the Confidentiality, Data Privacy and Security Policy/Terms of the e-gift provider, Giftaway Inc., and is subject further to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173). The redemption page will never ask for the card number, expiry date, or CVV.
    c. Receive and input their one-time password on the page.
    d. Once successfully logged in, find ‘Refer & Get Rewarded Q1 2026’ under Your Promos & click Check Progress button.
    e. You will be redirected to the promo page where to see and track all eGCs awarded to Cardholder under this promo. 
  15. The Referrer must redeem the eGift token within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the SMS. The eGift will be valid for use within thirty (30) calendar days from the redemption. After which, eGift will be forfeited if remained unused. 
  16. The eGift cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. Redeemed Referrer gift are valid until fully consumed.
  17. Metrobank has no obligation to disclose any information about the Referrals and the corresponding status of their application to the Referrer. Application status may only be inquired directly by the applicant by calling Metrobank Contact Center at (02) 88-700-700 or send an e-mail to customerservice@metrobankcard.com. 
  18. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify previously approved redemptions proven to be unqualified. Should the Referrer receive the incentive but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the incentives due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized applications, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the Referrer’s credit card account.
  19. Referrer shall forfeit the e-Gift if he or she no longer has a Metrobank credit card or if the cardholder’s account is not in good credit standing at the time of crediting.
  20. In case of multiple Referrers of the same card applicant, the e-Gift will be given to the Referrer whose referral code was used in the first referred credit card application received by Metrobank. 
  21. In case the Referral previously applied through any other channel apart from https://apply.metrobank.com.ph/credit card before being referred, and was subsequently approved, Referrer will not receive the incentive.
  22. Referrers can receive an e-Gift for up to a maximum of thirty (30) approved Referrals for the duration of the Promo. 
  23. All questions or disputes regarding the Referrer’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by Metrobank, at its discretion, upon the concurrence of the the Department of Trade and Industries (DTI).
  24. All referred credit card applications shall be subject to Metrobank’s final approval and credit card terms and conditions.
  25. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card.
