  5. How to redeem the qualified cashback?

    • In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “2026 Q3 Big Travel Bonus with Visa” tab and enter the registered mobile number.

    • Click the Claim button to redeem your cashback which will be credited to your Metrobank credit card 60 days after the end of redemption period.

    Only the principal cardholder can access the self-help tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been made.

  6. How many cash rebate can I get?

    A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cash rebate per customer for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the total accumulated spend.



GENERAL MECHANICS

  1. The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa, Metrobank Vantage Visa, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa, and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good credit standing. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Peso Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Metrobank ICON, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

  2. The Promo period is from June 10 to September 30, 2026. The redemption period is from October 1 to November 30, 2026.

  4. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s database and is required to register in the promo. No or late registration means no cash rebate will be provided.

  5. If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 to update the mobile number and request registration using the new mobile number in view of the change in mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders who have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

  6. To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from June 10 to September 30, 2026 and must follow the registration process stated in number 4 promo mechanics. The principal cardholder must ensure that the mobile number used for registration is the one associated with his or her Metrobank credit card account. A successful SMS confirmation will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration. If no confirmatory SMS is received within the day, the registration is considered unsuccessful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the successful SMS which is sent to the mobile number found in the credit card system.

    Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls. For security reasons, Metrobank did not provide Giftaway with customers’ mobile number. As such, the metrobankcard.mymcc.gift site will not validate the mobile number registered with your credit card account and will show successful registration message for any mobile number with a matching verification code. If a principal cardholder uses a mobile number not associated with the credit card account (e.g. associated with Metrobank Savings or Checking Account), registration will not proceed. It is important that a principal cardholder use the mobile number associated with the credit card account waits for the SMS confirmation of the successful registration. To update mobile number associated with your credit card, please call our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700.

  7. Qualified transactions of the cardholder will be posted in the One Giftaway Website once the registration is successful. Transaction/s made before the successful registration will be included in computing the total accumulated spend as long as the customer will or is registered within the promo period.

  8. Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in computing the total accumulated spend.

  9. By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

  10. A visual transaction and incentive tracker where the qualified transaction/s and incentive will be available to registered cardholders starting by June 25, 2026. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted in Metrobank system. Metrobank will no longer send token SMS with links in compliance with the BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.

  11. A registered and qualified customer can redeem the cashback by following the step by step below.

    How to Redeem the cashback:

    b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database

    c. In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “2026 Q3 Big Travel Bonus with Visa” tab and enter the registered mobile number.

    d. Click the Claim button to redeem your cashback which will be credited to your Metrobank credit card 60 days after the end of redemption period.

  12. The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank Mastercard credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in computing the total accumulated spend.

  13. A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cash rebate per customer for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the total accumulated spend.

  14. Once the registered cardholder reached the first tier of the accumulated spend, the cardholder will receive an SMS on how to claim the cashback and has the option to claim it OR disregard the SMS and accumulate more for higher tier to receive higher cashback. If the cardholder redeems the incentive for first tier or lower tier, the cardholder can NO LONGER qualify for higher tier or next tier. A cardholder is only allowed to qualify for one (1) incentive and redeem once throughout the duration of the promo period

  15. The registered cardholder who reached the minimum accumulated spend will receive a qualified or confirmation SMS from Metrobank under MCC sender and he or she will need to redeem to claim the cashback which will be credited within 60 calendar days after the end of redemption period or no later than January 30, 2027.

  16. The redemption period is from October 1 to November 30, 2026 or within sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of the SMS. All redemption requests made after the redemption period or after sixty (60) calendar days will not be accommodated. All unredeemed cashback will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and self-help tracker.

  17. Metrobank will not accommodate request of cardholder to cancel, reverse or applied to other incentive or reward once a valid redemption is made. All redemption will be considered final. It’s the cardholder obligation to make sure that his or her preferred incentive is correct.

  18. “Qualified Transactions” includes all cross border / international transactions made online or card present transactions or transactions made in the outside of the Philippines in foreign currency / non-PHP currency only, AND ALL local and international airline transactions, with merchant category codes stated below.

  19. “Non-Qualified Transactions” includes all cross border transactions in PHP currency, other travel related transactions such as but not limited to hotel, lodging, online travel agencies, all local retail purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order, merchant installment such as 0% installment, Shop Now, Pay Later, reduced rates, regular rates, PayBills, PayNow via MBOA or MIA, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promotion.

  20. The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos, unless specified in the promo.

  21. Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the redemption and validity period of the token code once sixty (60) calendar days has passed. All questions and issues will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than December 1, 2026 after which, Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests.

  22. A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank Visa credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cash rebate. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

  23. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cash rebate shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  24. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  25. The use of Metrobank Visa credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Visa credit cards.

  26. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
