Promo Mechanics

  1. Promo is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good credit standing only. Promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

  2. The promo period is from May 25 to June 20, 2026 only.

  3. Earn one (1) electronic raffle entry for every PayNow transaction worth at least PHP 3,000 via the Metrobank app using Metrobank credit card during the promo period.

  4. Qualified cardholders will get the chance to win two (2) VIP tickets to Babae sa Septic Tank 4 at the PETA Theater, follow the schedule below:

  5. How to join:

    a. To join, a Metrobank credit cardholder must visit the promo rewards website: https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/. Cardholder must log in by using his/her mobile number registered in the Metrobank credit card database. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to his mobile number. Enter the 6-digit code and once logged in to the site, cardholder must scroll down to “Other Promos,” and click “Babae sa Septic Tank Raffle”. To register for the promo, enter again the mobile number registered in the Metrobank credit card database. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration. If no SMS is received within the day, the registration is considered unsuccessful. Only registrations confirmed via SMS sent to the cardholder’s registered mobile number will be recognized by Metrobank.

    b. Cardholders must use the mobile number linked to their Metrobank credit card to qualify for the promo. Registering a different mobile number will result in non-qualification of transactions. For updating of mobile numbers, call the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02)88700700. The updated mobile number must be registered to the promo before the qualified transaction.

    c. Once registered, the promo will move to “Your Promos” where the cardholder can visit the promo site.

    d. Transaction/s made BEFORE the successful registration are disqualified. The time of the successful registration shall be based on the time the notification SMS was received by the principal cardholder.

    Note:The registration page will only ask for the cardholder's mobile number and the registration verification code sent to the mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for the card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP or other card details via links or web pages found in e-mail, SMS or phone calls. For security reasons, Metrobank did not provide Giftaway with the customers' mobile number. As such, the metrobankcard.mymcc.gift site will not validate the mobile number registered with your credit card account and will show successful registration message for any mobile number with a matching verification code. If a principal cardholder uses a mobile number not associated with the credit card account (e.g. associated with Metrobank Savings or Checking Account), registration will not proceed). The principal cardholder must use the mobile number linked to their credit card account and wait for the SMS confirmation to complete registration.

  6. “Qualified Transactions” include PayNow fund transfers to other accounts only via the Metrobank app. Fund transfers via MIA of Metrobank card, and transfers to any accounts owned by the cardholder is not qualified for this raffle promo.

  7. Other transactions such as straight purchases, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Cash2Go, Balance Conversions, mobile payments / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promo.

  8. To qualify for the promo and to ensure all transactions are considered in the raffle, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s credit card database and is required to register by visiting https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/ and registering under the promo “Babae sa Septic Tank Raffle”. Mobile number to be used for registration must be your primary mobile number encoded in Metrobank’s credit card system.

  9. If a cardholder changes or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 to update the mobile number and request registration using the new mobile number in view of the change in mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders who have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

  10. The mobile number used by the cardholder to register will be used by Metrobank and Giftaway for matching and compiling the raffle entries. Registered mobile number would also be used for matching the complete details of the cardholder in Metrobank’s system; such as but not limited to Name, Email and mailing address where the winner’s notification will be sent. Cardholder must ensure that he/she is the primary and only owner of the mobile number registered.

  11. To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from May 25 to Jun 20, 2026 and must follow the registration process stated in number 5 of the promo mechanics. The principal cardholder must ensure that the mobile number used for registration is the one associated with his or her Metrobank credit card account. A successful SMS confirmation will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration. If no confirmatory SMS is received within the day, the registration is considered unsuccessful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the successful SMS which is sent to the mobile number found in the credit card system.

  12. Only principal cardholders can qualify for the raffle. Supplementary cardholders are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the principal cardholder’s transaction/s and raffle entries.

  13. By completing the registration, cardholder agrees that his/her personal information will be shared, processed and/or stored by Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway, and shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Giftaway.

  14. Deadline for earning of raffle entries is on June 20, 2026, 11:59 PM. The time stamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis to identify the qualified transactions.

  15. Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.

  16. The electronic raffle draw will take place on June 24, 2026 and will virtually be held in the presence of representatives from DTI, Giftaway, and Metrobank. Backup winners will be drawn on the same date and will replace the winners should the winner(s) be disqualified.

  17. A cardholder can only win once. In case a name is drawn more than once, the prize of the higher value will be awarded. Another name from the backup winners will be drawn.

  18. The winner(s) will be notified via registered mail, SMS, e-mail, and/or call-out by Metrobank and will be given complete instructions on how to claim the tickets.

  19. Winners may claim their tickets at the PETA Theater Center on the designated show date. Claiming of tickets will be open starting two (2) hours before the show and will continue until showtime. Cardholders are responsible for claiming their tickets within this period. Please note that latecomers may only be admitted during intermission, subject to theater policies.

  20. To claim the prize, winner(s) must be present at the venue on their designated show date and present the following:

    • One (1) valid and unexpired government-issued ID; and

    • The qualified Metrobank credit card used for the raffle entry

  21. A representative may claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided he/she presents the following:

    • One (1) valid and unexpired government ID;

    • Original or Photocopy of winner’s valid and unexpired Government ID; and

    • Signed authorization letter, indicating the full name of the winner and the last 4 digits of the credit card(s) used for the raffle.

  22. Winners will be assigned to specific show dates in the order they are drawn. Requests for alternative dates will not be accommodated. Failure to attend the assigned show date and time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no rescheduling will be provided. Any unclaimed ticket(s) shall be forfeited in favor of Metrobank. Metrobank will not accommodate special requests for ticket pickup or delivery.

  23. Raffle prizes are not transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services.

  24. By participating in this raffle, all participants and winners grant Metrobank the exclusive right to use and disclose their personal information, including names, photographs, and videos, in connection with this promotion for marketing and publicity purposes, without further compensation or notice, across all media platforms (including TV, radio, website, and Metrobank social media pages). Participants likewise agree that Metrobank may share the names of the winners with PETA for verification purposes to ensure that only the rightful winners are able to claim their tickets.

  25. Employees of Metrobank including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified to join.

  26. Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests related to a cardholder’s raffle entries after the raffle draw.

  27. A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of any promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.

  28. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the prize but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the prize shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  29. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  30. Customer who claim the prize agrees to free Metrobank from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of Metrobank. Metrobank shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, Metrobank shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.

  31. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

  32. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
