1. The Promotion is non transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

2. Promo discount is not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other items.

3. In the purchase of goods and services which are on a promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the Promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

4. The use of Metrobank credit and debit card in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

5. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the Promo Period. Should a cardholder receive this discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or an authorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit and prepaid card account.

6. Any amendments in the terms and conditions are subject to DTI approval.

7. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

8. Any dispute the products or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

9. In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

1. Promo is valid from Tuesdays to Fridays only.

2. Promo is available for dine-in transactions only.

3. The discount is applied after Value-Added Tax (VAT) and before Service Charge.

4. Promo is not applicable on in-house set menus, degustation or tasting menus, beverages and retail items.

5. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card through Lemuria Fine Dining’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

6. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.

7. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Lemuria Fine Dining.

9. Parties, private functions and events are excluded from the promo.
