2. Do I need to register for the promo?
   No registration is needed. Pre-selected cardholders are automatically registered and may qualify by using their Metrobank credit card for their first eligible installment transaction with a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000 during the promo period.

3. What are the qualified transactions?
   Qualified transactions include eligible in-store and online 0% Installment, Shop Now, Pay Later, and merchant installment with interest transactions across all installment terms.

4. What is the promo period and redemption period?
   The promo period is from October 6 to December 31, 2026. Redemption period is from October 20, 2026 to February 28, 2027. 

5. How do I redeem the cashback from my qualified transaction?

   a. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift

   b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank's credit card database

   c. In the Joined Promos section, click 'Check Progress' under the '2026 Q4 More With Zero' tab and enter your pre-registered mobile number.

   d. Click the Claim button within the redemption period. Cashback will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the redemption period.

   Only the principal cardholder can access the self-help tracker, which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been made.

   Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.

6. How many cashbacks can I get?

   A principal cardholder is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Php 500 bonus cashback for the duration of the promo period. The cardholder may also earn the applicable NUP cashback, subject to the separate NUP mechanic and capping. Supplementary cardholder transactions will be included under the principal cardholder's customer record.

7. When will the cashback be credited?

   Cashback will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the redemption period, provided the qualified cardholder clicks Claim within the prescribed redemption period.

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all Metrobank ICON, Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Toyota Platinum, and Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Debit, Prepaid Cards.

2. The promo period is from October 6 to December 31, 2026. Redemption period is from October 20, 2026 to February 28, 2027. 

3. Pre-selected qualified principal cardholders can earn PHP 500 bonus cashback on their first eligible installment transaction with a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000. The transaction may also count toward the 2026 Q4 More With Zero NUP accumulated-spend offer, subject to the NUP mechanics.

5. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number associated with his or her Metrobank credit card account. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

6. To avail of the promo, the principal cardholder must ensure that the pre-registered mobile number associated with his or her Metrobank credit card account is updated.

   Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls. It is important that a principal cardholder use the mobile number associated with the credit card account waits for the SMS confirmation of the successful registration. 7. By joining this promo, he or she agrees that his personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

8. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.

9. By participating in this promo, cardholder agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

10. A visual transaction and incentive tracker will show qualified transactions and corresponding incentives to pre-qualified cardholders. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker, which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction is posted in Metrobank's system. Metrobank will no longer send token SMS messages with links, in compliance with BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.

11. A pre-qualified customer must claim the cashback using the steps below within the prescribed redemption period.

    How to Redeem the Cashback:

12. The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashbacks.

13. A pre-qualified principal cardholder is entitled to a maximum of one (1) P500 TUP bonus cashback for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transactions will be included under the principal cardholder's customer record.

14. A pre-qualified customer who reaches the minimum spend will receive a qualification or confirmation message and must click Claim within the redemption period before the cashback can be processed.

1. After a qualified customer clicks Claim, the cashback will be credited to the principal cardholder's account within 30 business days after the end of the redemption period with the description: '2026 Q4 More With Zero Bonus.'

2. The redemption period is from October 20, 2026 to February 28, 2027. Redemption requests made after the prescribed period will not be accommodated, and all unclaimed cashbacks will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and self-help tracker.

3. “Valid spending” includes 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months of 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transactions such as, but not limited to, installment purchases of appliances, gadgets, department stores, jewelry, furniture, home improvements, and more. Also applicable for merchant installment transactions with interest.

4. “Other transactions such as PayNow, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank's credit card database are excluded from this promo.

5. The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.

6. Metrobank will not be obliged to extend the redemption period. Questions and issues will be accepted only within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period, after which Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and/or requests.

7. A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if the Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled, or terminated before cashback fulfillment. Metrobank will not be liable for accrued charges arising from the cardholder's decision to withhold payment while a concern is being resolved.

8. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

9. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

10. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

11. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

12. The use of Metrobank credit cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Mastercard credit cards.

13. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
