• Registration: No registration is needed to qualify in the promo. A pre-qualified cardholder can simply use his or her Metrobank credit card/s on any 0% Installment, and Shop Now, Pay Later transaction for a minimum single-receipt spend to get the associated eGC. Promo is only available to pre-selected qualified cardholders. 

• Qualified Transactions: Include all 0% Installment, Shop Now, Pay Later, and Merchant Installment with Interest transactions. 0% Installment, Shop Now, Pay Later, and Merchant Installment with Interest transactions made online are also included in the qualified transactions.

• Visual Tracker:  Cardholder can track his/her token codes at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift through logging in with their Metrobank-registered mobile number. Metrobank under ‘MCC’ sender will send the SMS eGC notification for the qualified transaction starting October 20, 2025 and will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted and verified in the Metrobank system.

  Only the principal cardholder can access the self-help tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been made.  

   Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.  

• Change in Mobile Number: If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after the qualified transaction has been made, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to transfer the eGC in the new mobile number associate in his or her account. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

GENERAL MECHANICS

1. The Promotion is open to pre-selected Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good standing. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.  

2. The Promo period is from October 1 to December 31, 2025. Redemption period is from October 20 to February 28, 2026. 

3. Pre-selected qualified principal cardholders can get a bonus PHP 1,000 eGC on their FIRST 0% Installment, or Shop Now, Pay Later Transaction on top of ‘More with Zero’ regular incentive for a minimum single-receipt spend.

4. A cardholder has an option to complete any of the spend requirements stated above to get the associated eGC. Customers can get max of two eGCs - one (1) eGC  for the qualified minimum single-receipt spend, and another one (1) eGC for the qualified minimum accumulated spend.

5. If a cardholder completes a first merchant installment transaction during the promo period that fails to reach the first installment transaction minimum spend of PHP 25,000 for the bonus eGC, the cardholder will not be entitled for the bonus eGC for his/her subsequent installment transactions regardless if he/she eventually reaches the PHP 25,000 minimum installment spend. However, cardholder is still entitled to regular More with Zero incentives (Up to PHP 15,000 eGCs).

6. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank credit card’s database and just simply use his or her Metrobank credit card online for any required spends stated above to get the associated eGC.  

7. If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after the qualified transaction has been made, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to transfer the eGC in the new mobile number associate in his or her account. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.       

8. A pre-qualified cardholder will start receiving an eGC for his or her qualified online transaction within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted and verified in the Metrobank system. Transaction made by supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction.  

9. By completing joining this promo, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.  

10. A visual transaction and incentive tracker where all qualified transactions and corresponding incentive will be available to registered cardholders starting October 20, 2025.  Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted in Metrobank system. Metrobank will no longer send token SMS with links in compliance with the BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.

    b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database 

    c. In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “Q4 More with Zero: PHP 1,000 Bonus eGC” tab and enter the registered mobile number.  

    d. Click the Claim button then click Use This button to get your Universal eGC 

12. The promo and eGC entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled token codes. 

13. A principal cardholder is entitled to only one (1) minimum single-receipt bonus eGC and one (1) accumulated spend eGC for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholders’ transaction/s will be included in the computation of the max eGCs. 

14. A cardholder who reached the minimum spend will receive a qualified or confirmation SMS from Metrobank and  has the option to redeem his or her Universal eGC or GCash credits via Giftaway with partners such as, but not limited to, The SM Store, Robinsons, Puregold, Shopee, Grab, Lazada, and more by visiting the Giftaway website or visual tracker found in the Metrobank website. The eGC for this promo is applicable to select Giftaway merchants assigned by Metrobank. 

15. Applicable delivery and other processing fees where from the stores the eGC/s will be used are not included in the eGC and should be shouldered by the cardholder.  A P15 transfer fee for e-wallet redemption shall apply on a per redemption basis. Transfer fees will be shouldered and charged to the recipient’s e-wallet account. The Giftaway Universal eGC is transferrable to cardholders’ nominated recipient.  The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Giftaway Universal eGC indicated in the Giftaway platform shall apply. The Giftaway Universal eGC is transferrable to cardholders’ nominated recipient.  By clicking the “Share this Button”, cardholder acknowledges that he or she consents to the sharing of the incentive to his or her nominated recipient. Validity of the original token code shall apply. Once the redemption or transfer has been made, Metrobank and Giftaway will not be liable for the incorrect entry of mobile number where the incentive was shared. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to double-check the entry upon redemption of the incentive. 

16. The registered cardholder will receive the incentive in the denomination below:

17. The redemption period is from October 20, 2025 to February 28, 2026 or within sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of the SMS. All redemption requests made after the redemption period or after sixty (60) calendar days will not be accommodated. All unredeemed token code/s will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and self-help tracker. 

18. Metrobank will not accommodate request of cardholder to cancel, reverse or apply to other incentive or reward once a valid redemption is made. All redemption will be considered final. It’s the cardholder obligation to make sure that his or her preferred incentive is correct.  

19. Metrobank will not accommodate request of cardholders to be included in the targeted customer base for the exclusive bonus offer. This offer is strictly applicable only to prequalified customers who received an official viber or SMS message about the promo.

20. “Valid spending” includes:

21. “Other transactions such as PayNow, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promo.  

22. All terms and conditions relating to the use of Universal Giftaway eGCs redemption indicated in the Giftaway redemption portal shall apply. Any dispute related to the use of the Universal Giftaway eGCs shall be coursed through the chosen merchant.  

23. The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.  

24. Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the redemption and validity period of the token code once sixty (60) calendar days has passed. All questions and issues will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than October 29, 2025, after which, Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests.   

25. A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the eGCs. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.  

26. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the eGCs shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account. 

27. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI. 

28. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card.
