What is the promo period and redemption period?

Promo period is from March 6, 2026 to April 30, 2026. Redemption period is from March 13, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
How do I register to the promo?

c. In the Available Promos section, click “2026 Q1 More With Zero” and enter your mobile number to register in the promo

d. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.
What are the qualified transactions?
- Only installment transactions made after successful promo registration are qualified.
- Valid for any in-store or online 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transaction made after registering.
- Also applicable for merchant installment with interest transactions.
- All transactions are subject to the applicable minimum spend and tenor requirements.
How to redeem the qualified incentive?

b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database

c. In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “2026 Q1 More With Zero” tab and enter the registered mobile number.

d. Click the Claim button to get your cashback which will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the promo period.

Only the principal cardholder can access the self-help tracker, which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been made.
How many cashbacks can I get?

A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of six (6) cashbacks per customer for the duration of the promo period. Three (3) cashbacks for 0% installment and Shop, Now Pay Later, and three (3) cashbacks for merchant installment transactions bearing interest. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the six (6) cashbacks.

Qualified transactions will be counted chronologically (by transaction date and time), not by transaction amount. For example:

- Transaction 1: PHP 75,000 installment spend on March 6, 2026 at 9:15 AM → Eligible for PHP 3,000 cashback
- Transaction 2: PHP 75,000 installment spend on March 6, 2026 at 11:30 AM → Eligible for PHP 3,000 cashback
- Transaction 3: PHP 45,000 installment spend on March 6, 2026 at 3:45 PM → Eligible for PHP 1,500 cashback
- Transaction 4: PHP 75,000 installment spend on March 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM → No longer eligible, as the maximum of three (3) cashbacks for 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later purchases has been reached

When will the cashback be credited?

Cashback will be credited 30 business days after the end of the redemption period. Cardholder must redeem before June 30, 2026 to be eligible for cashback crediting on or before August 11, 2026.

The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard,  PSBank Credit Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Debit, Prepaid  Cards.  
The Promo period is from March 6, 2026 to April 30, 2026. Redemption period is from March 13, 2026 to June 30, 2026.

Qualified principal cardholder can get up to P9,000 cashback for any 0% installment spend or Shop Now, Pay Later transaction using your Metrobank credit card.

To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank credit card’s database and is required to register in the promo. Late registration means no cashback will be provided.

f. In the Available Promos section, click “2026 Q1 More With Zero” and enter mobile to register in the promo.

g. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.
If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from March 6, 2026 to April 30, 2026 and must follow the registration process stated in number 4 promo mechanics. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after the successful registration. No confirmatory SMS means the registration is not successful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the successful SMS.

Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.
A registered cardholder will start earning a cashback for his or her qualified transaction/s once registration is successful. Cardholder should be registered before transacting his/her qualified spend, in order to be eligible for the promo.
Metrobank will not oblige to cardholder’s request to be rewarded for transactions made without registration due to lack of awareness.
Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.
By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.
A visual transaction and incentive tracker where the qualified transaction and incentive will be available to registered cardholders starting March 13, 2026. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted in Metrobank system. Metrobank will no longer send token SMS with links in compliance with the BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.

The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashbacks.
A principal cardholder is entitled to a maximum of six (6) cashbacks per customer for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the six (6) cashbacks.

The registered cardholder who reached the minimum spend will receive a qualified or confirmation SMS from Metrobank and he or she will need to claim the cashback before June 30, 2026, which will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the promo period.

The cashback will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account with description: “2026 Q1 More With Zero”

The redemption period is from March 13, 2026 to June 30, 2026. All redemption requests made after the redemption period will not be accommodated. All unredeemed cashback will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and self-help tracker.
“Valid spending” includes 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months of 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transactions such as, but not limited to, installment purchases of appliances, gadgets, department stores, jewelry, furniture, home improvements, and more. Also applicable for merchant installment transactions with interest.
Other transactions such as PayNow, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promo.
The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.
Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the redemption and validity period of the token code past June 30, 2026. All questions and issues will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than June 30, 2026 after which, Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests.
A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cashback. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Mastercard credit cards.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
