Promo Period and Offer
The 2025 Happy Holideals Promo (“Promo”) is open to all qualified clients who will submit complete Car Loan application documents from August 1, 2025 to October 15, 2025 (“Promo Period”).
To qualify for the promo, the Car Loan application must be approved and subsequently booked1 on or before October 31, 2025 (“Car Loan Booking Period”).
1A Car Loan application shall be considered “booked” upon (1) submission of complete documents required from the Dealer; and if applicable, (2) registration of Security Interest in the Registry and submission of Certificate of Registration encumbered in favor of the Bank as stated in the Notice of Approval conditions.
Qualified clients shall enjoy the following offers:
a. Waived Fees of up to PHP 100,000.00;
b. Low interest rate; and
c. Free 1st year AXA Car Insurance.
Eligibility criteria are as follows:

Waived Fees
Waived fees up to PHP 100,000.00 are limited only to: (1) Security Interest/Chattel Mortgage Registration Fee; (2) Documentary Stamp Tax (DST); and (3) Notarial Fee. The maximum amount of fee waiver will depend on the loan amount and the actual cost of aforementioned inclusions, which waived fees shall not exceed as follows:

The waiver of bank fees shall be applied in the following order of priority:
1st – Security Interest/Chattel Mortgage Registration Fees
2nd – Documentary Stamp Tax (DST)
3rd – Notarial Fee
Fees beyond the cap and/or those not included above (such as, but not limited to handling fee) are not covered by the waived fees offer and shall be shouldered by the client.
Low Interest Rate
Applicable interest rates for 36 to 60-month terms shall be as follows:

Free 1st year Car Insurance
Accounts booked under the promo will be eligible for a free car insurance from AXA Philippines (AXA) for the first year of the loan.
The free AXA Car Insurance provides coverage for physical damage or theft, Third Party liabilities, personal accident, and Acts of Nature.
Clients availing the free 1st year insurance are required to avail of AXA’s annual lock-in payment option for the entire term of the loan.
Car insurance application is subject to the approval of AXA.
Promo Lock-in Condition
The loan availed under this promo is subject to a lock-in period equivalent to the entire term of the loan.
During the lock-in period, the client:
a. Shall not request for amendment of the originally approved interest rate, loan term, and other terms and conditions;
b. Shall pay the loan amortizations on time and maintain the account in current status throughout the entire loan term; and
c. Shall not sell, mortgage, dispose, or convert to public utility the vehicle mortgaged and/or encumbered while the loan is outstanding.
Client availing the free insurance offer shall renew their AXA Car Insurance coverage for the entire duration of the loan through the annual lock-in payment option.
In case any of the above conditions are violated, within the lock-in period, Metrobank will charge back to the client the total fees previously waived by the Bank, which are limited only to: (1) Security Interest/Chattel Mortgage Registration Fee; (2) Documentary Stamp Tax (DST); (3) Notarial Fee; and (4) 1st year AXA Car Insurance shouldered by the Bank.
General Promo Conditions
All car loan applications qualified for the promo shall undergo standard evaluation process of Metrobank, subject to submission and completion of required application documents.
The client shall keep the vehicle for private use only and not convert the same to a public utility vehicle for the entire loan term.
Vehicles sourced from non-authorized dealerships (gray market) are not qualified for the promotion.
The Client agrees that the Bank is authorized to hold the release of original LTO OR/CR, Deed of Cancellation/Release of Security Interest/Chattel Mortgage, and other documents relative to the motor vehicle until maturity/full settlement of the loan and/or until any unpaid obligation is settled.
Availment of the Free AXA Car Insurance for the 1st year is optional.
Waived fees and low interest rates cannot be availed separately.
In case of loan prepayment (whether full or partial) during the lock-in period, the following shall be charged back to the client:
a. Processing fee for full or partial payment of loan prior to maturity;
b. Full amount of the Security Interest/Chattel Mortgage Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Notarial Fee previously waived by the Bank; and
c. 1st year AXA Car Insurance shouldered by the Bank
The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash or be availed in conjunction with other Metrobank Car Loan promotions and/offers. The Bank must be advised in writing if client opts to avail of other ongoing promotional activities or other special considerations.
For items not mentioned in this Promo Mechanics, standard Metrobank Car Loan terms and conditions shall apply. For the Car Insurance, the terms and conditions as prescribed by AXA applies.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions of this offer will be subject to the approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
For any disputes or concerns related to the vehicle, including quality issues, unforeseen damages, or warranty claims, the client must address these directly with the dealership. Metrobank bears no responsibility or liability for any such disputes.
Any inquiries, disputes, or concerns on the AXA Car Insurance shall be settled directly between the client and AXA Philippines.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the client’s availment of the promo, Metrobank’s decision shall be deemed final in concurrence with DTI. These terms and conditions are subject to relevant laws, government directives, and/or regulations. The promo shall be void if later on found to be prohibited or restricted by law or government regulations.
By joining this promo, the client confirms that he/she has completely read, understood, and agreed to the Promo Mechanics and its terms and conditions.
