The Promotion is only applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good credit standing only. Qualified cardholders can enjoy PHP 500 OFF for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 5,000 on the Shopee mobile application using their Metrobank credit card.

Delivery or shipping fee shall be excluded in the computation of minimum single-receipt spend.

To redeem, use the promotion code MBSHOPEE5 on any day within the Promotion period. Failure to key-in the appropriate Promotion code shall disqualify the cardholder from availing the discount.

Promotion is applicable to new and existing Shopee users. The Promotion code is valid for one-time use only, per Shopee account, per credit card, within the Promotion period.

Promotion discount cannot be re-applied after a qualified order has been cancelled by cardholder unless reason for cancellation is deemed valid upon investigation (e.g. delay in receipt of OTP).

Promotion discount is only valid on preferred and Shopee Mall stores, excluding products under the “Load, Bills and eServices” category.

Promotion discount is valid on orders to be delivered via Shopee integrated couriers.

Promotion discounts and vouchers are non-transferrable, non-cumulative, non-convertible to cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the Promotion period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promotion due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promotion.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promotion shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Shopee, with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”).

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promotion, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining this Promotion, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promotion mechanics and its terms and conditions.

Shopee reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).

Shopee and Metrobank reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions with prior approval of the DTI.
