a. To avail of the discount, Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card.

b. Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

c. All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and “WAREHOUSEDAD”, with the concurrence of the DTI. “WAREHOUSEDAD” agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
