a. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.
b. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos, bundles or any special offers of “OnePlus” and Metrobank.
c. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
By availing of this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g. name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by “OnePlus” subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.
All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. shipping fee, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
The use of the Metrobank card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and “OnePlus”, whichever is applicable. “OnePlus” agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
