6. Other Terms and Conditions:

   • The offer is valid upon purchase of any machines except for Synesso machines.

   • The offer is valid for straight transactions only.

   • The offer is valid for purchases made via the Equilibrium website and at the participating Equilibrium branches.

   • The Free 1kg Tanyag Coffee Beans will be included upon delivery.

   • Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provinces. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport issues, or customs process may occur.

   • Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. The shipping fee will be displayed during the check-out process before you finalize your purchase.

   • Our shipping partners will make 2 delivery attempts, if the delivery is unsuccessful after the specified attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery and additional fees may apply.

   • Cardholders must ensure that their shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delivery delays or issues. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

   • Upon successful delivery, we consider the order as fulfilled and completed.

   • If there are any discrepancies or issues with your delivered order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

   • Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address or other order details may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

   • Metrobank cardholder must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Equilibrium’s online payment gateway.

   • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.

   • All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes, delivery fee) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

   • The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
